VENTURES INTO THE REMOTE (RP)

"Aranel," Laurel said with tears in her eyes. "I thought you were done with this. You promised my mother that you wouldn't-"

CRICK.

Laurel was pinned in place and frozen by that invisible force. Aranel was rising up, her face heated and blood dripping from her nose.

"I promised a dead woman. I can save her, Laurel. I can save your mother. And your brother. I can save them all. I just need to go back with his power. I promise, this will be the last time."

"Liar!"

Aranel grunted and walked back over to Cardiloc, "Shut it," She closed his lips with a tightening of her fingers and went back to work on his forehead. She was nearly a third of the way through. Just a little more.

"LIAR!" Laurel screamed again.

Aranel inhaled and paused. "If I do this, I can save everyone here and your mother, Laurel. I can save Miriel. I can prevent all their deaths."

"Training. I want to test your limits once more. If we are to succeed, we shall need every advantage with us, Dimitrius." Telimekhtar said and stood by the door, waiting for him to exit.

Tildir ran over to aid Hering and Cressen. They cauterized the man's wounds and patched him up with bandages before helping carry him to the caravan.

Mirecyla and Endo were loaded into the front cart whilst Cressen was placed in the rear with the supplies.

Glorfindel re-appeared later, his hand was cut, that bitch had taken a bite out of him and he had rapped some leaves around it. Quite a queer way to bandage himself but the men did not question him directly. Once everything had been seen to they disappeared leaving no trace of anything but the decaying carcass of the Executioner Giant behind.

From a distance, the bushes parted and an invisible figure exhaled.

"Fuckin' hell. Tytus needs to know."

"I can sense where someone is if I focus on them or have an item belonging to them. The stronger my bond with the person, the more definite the location becomes." Arathor replied and continued, "You?"

Iver highly doubted that it was it, there must have been another power that kept him alive alone, this man was suspicious. "I can turn into a giant ugly bat and scream very loud. I can also annoy people very easily and talk very fast, but that's more of a natural talent" he said, keeping a light tone.

Card grunted, the pain was unbearable, where was Ha’zi? If she stole his power, she’d be unstoppable, but he could do nothing; she had blocked the use of his powers. “Ha’zi!!!” He roared out.

Mirecyla would continue to dream. Horrible memories filtered through from throughout her years, different types of torture, the fights, the worst being when Aranel went turncoat and started to slaughter us. She'd mentally and physically shiver with Aranel back in this world what would become of us?
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Hering would wipe the blood off his hands with a piece of cloth, wetting it with water to scrub it away better. He looked over at the two giants and shuddered "Imagine what would of happened if it tried to attack us." He spoke out load

"Zip," Card's lips shut tight and Aranel brought her finger back up to open his skull.

SLAM.

The door to the end of the hallway opened and there stood a hazy-eyed Ha'zi.

"Put him down, Aranel."

"I can save her, Ha'zi. I can save them all. I can prevent Beren's fall. I can be the aunt I should have been! All I need is h-"

"Do I need to repeat myself?"

"Or what?"

Something grew bright in Ha'zi's hands, a fiery flame burnt brightly off his palms.

"Father don't, please!" Laurel said, straining.

Aranel turned around to face him. Sweat trickled down her forehead and her face hardened with resolve. "Maybe I'll just take your powers too."

"You can try." Ha'zi glared at her.

BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOMMMMMM.

The corridor began to tilt sideways and they were all thrown off balance. Cardiloc dropped and so did Laurel, Aranel's hold over them dissipating. Were they under attack?

The journey back took less time and eventually they reached Anorién. Glorfindel had opened up quite a lot to the black rangers with him. He spoke of the elder days and of Beleriand, concepts foreign to these men but interesting nonetheless. He informed them of the Giants, the Karoltai and Prototypes. Of the Destroyer who was a pest. Of Morgoth and Sauron. He told them much of the world but little to none of himself. The elf was quite the mystery and even more so, he was the most physically adept of his kind or at least that much was clear to Hering. Unless all elves were like him. Eru. Imagine an army like such.

Mirecyla and Endo had no communication as they were blindfolded and gagged with the former having her limbs cut off three to four times a week. She was constantly feeling drained, weak and pathetic. Her mind occuppied by a mixture of revenge fantasies and annoyingly enough, a certain armoured giant.

----------

Arathor laughed at Iver's joke and waited.

14628767 13615485 18199471

Cardiloc grunted, where was that Hara-, the door slammed open, it had taken him long enough. He glared at Aranel as she tried to justify herself... wait, did Laurel just call Ha’zi ‘father’, what the fuck. That was Ha’zis daughte- BOOM, The dunlending got up slowly, looking around at the others. “I’ll check upstairs,” He nodded to Ha’zi and Laurel, looking at Aranel warily. He focused on the deck, willing himself to get out of there.

Iver finished packing the things, "You might want to take a shit before we start flying, stopping is a huge waste of time" Iver told Arathor before he walked toward the lazy dwarf, waiting for Arathor to get far enough so he can speak with the dwarf in privacy. "So, Thoruk, did you get any information from the new guy? And since you might drop some information because you don't see it relevant ill say it clearly now, tell me anything he have told you" Iver asked him.

Mirecyla was tired and pissed, but that was nothing unusual to her. For days they had been traveling and for days her limbs have been cut off. Enough was enough! With her stumps she'd feel around for the edge of the cart, dragging herself over to the edge once she found it and attempting to roll off with a muffled "reeeee"
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Hering was fascinated by the stories Glorfindel spoke. So much knowledge of the world stored into one mind was quite a wonder. He spoke of people that Hering had only read in books, events, wars, everything! It was quite a wonder. Then the elf himself, gods if only Gondor was able to reach that peak of physical control.

"Well lad, he told me that the shifters we're searching for are his family. One of them is his kin he said and one of them is... even more to him? I don't realy get what he ment with that but he said that person is like a partner to him. But besides that I haven't found anything thats worth knowing lad." Thoruk would say, than closing his eyes and stretching. "I realy need some more sleep lad. When will we leave?" Thoruk would ask.

"We are leaving after you and Arandil will empty yar stomach from the bottom" Iver said, before he started walking, thinking about the new information the dwarf provided him with. Once he was around 100 meters away Iver took a sit, "What the hell is going on" He asked himself as he was waiting for the other 3 members of his team to finish up

"Aye, guess that's no bad idea." Thoruk would say before Iver went away. He walks behind a tree and shit his stone heart out. "Aye, that could even rival the smell of an orc." Thoruk would say, before walking away from the tree and putting on his helmet. "Aye Irdis? Would ya mind giving me some tips on how to start with waterbending controlling the water? After lightnings and fire I have some things in mind I would like to try, ya know? And besides that do you have any hints on how to make a big cloud of ash? I can't think of a way to do it fast so I'd be glad if ya had some advice lad." Thoruk would think as he walks towards Iver.

Cardiloc hit the deck once again and saw a world on fire. The sails of Vingilote were ablaze and the two men piloting the ship were dead, one's decapitated and the other's throat slashed. The hatch was wide open.....

12700073

---------------

"This is just sad," Pethon said as he watched Mirecyla roll about on the cart. "Bolt her down," He said to his partner and they went to work binding her to corner of the cart.

"We are nearly there. Do you have any underground dungeons in Minas Tirith?" Glorfindel asked Hering as they passed into the Realm of Gondor.

15756962

-----------------

"Let's go," Arathor came back.

"Focus on the element and don't try to control it Thoruk. Become the wind. You have to take a leap of faith, I suppose. You need to trust yourself and the element in order for it to yield itself to you."

13615485 14628767 18199471

Dimitri nodded and fetched his gear. Hidden in a chest was a fine steel longsword and a reinforced heater shield, both made in the forges of Tulkas for one of his champions. They were similar to the weapons wielded by the nobles of Gondor on their orc hunts. He also got out a suit of padded leather, given as a gift in his first days in the garden. The white hammer of the Forochelrim was painted on it. After putting it on, he went back to Telimekhtar and said, "Ready when you are."

Iver heard the lets go, "Well, asking the empty wasteland questions will not bring you anywhere" He mumbled to himself before he transformed, and walked back toward the camp. Thoruk and Arandil should be familiar with attaching the bags to his giant.

“Hmm.” Card noted, jumping down the hold, shutting the hatch after him. “Okay we need to get the fuck out of here.” He informed Laurel and Ha’zi, holding out both his hands. “Come on, Ha’zi, you choose the place!”

"Alright, ill get the heavier things on. Just put lighter bags wherever you can reach. We must be swift." He said as he quickly went to get the supplies.

"OOF." Mirecyla would grunt as she hit her head while trying to find the carts edge. Soon enough hands grasped her and hoisted her back up, putting her in the corner. She heard bind her and that's when phase 2 began, she'd try to point to her ass and say "Aw gat tawk shiet
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Hering would nod "We can also hold them in the torture room I've used before, but yes there are underground dungeons."

Cardiloc found himself speaking to thin air as he jumped down the hatch into the hallway. He seemed to forget that Laurel had led him to the far corners of the ship, a place where Ha'zi slept. He didn't remember the way. Suddenly he heard screams emanating from down one hallway. What would he do?

12700073

-----------------

Telimekhtar shrugged and moved on. After a long walk through the gardens, Dimitri found himself in a small arena seemingly old and unused.

"This was my father's arena when he would rest here." He said looking at Dimitri. The Son of Tulkas was dressed in his typical armor and slowly gripped two of his throwing blades. "Begin." He looked at Dimitri expectingly.

8861015

----------------

"Then shit, weasel." Pethon said to the girl. "You think we're so easily fooled? Think again, runt." The other man laughed.

"Lock them underground. If they are kept there, they cannot hope to transform as their bodies will be destroyed in the process. Put them together in a cell, that way the girl won't dare try with her companion's life over her head. And even if she does, we still have one giant. Insurance." Glorfindel stated to Hering.

15756962

-----------

Arathor hopped onto Iver's back and waited for the rest.

14628767 18199471 13615485

“Oh crap.” He cursed at the screams, The dunlending may not have remembered the way, but he remembered what it looked like. Card focused on what the place looked like, teleporting there.

"Awll shiet in yaw mawth puzzybiatch. Pissd ya pas!" Mireclya would giggle, struggling to take her pants off "Ya goon wath pev?" She'd ask them, getting a feeling they were still around and watching her. Maneuvering herself to get her legs and then ass over the side of the cart to take the fastest shit the realms of men have ever seen.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Hering would nod "We'll do just that then, although I'm uncertain if that one would care if he died or not." He'd motion with a nod to Mirecyla. Watching her struggle to shit for awhile with disgust before moving his gaze to the boy. Useless in both hunting and fighting it seems. Hering would watch the road once more after those thoughts.
