With Thoruk's help they find a large enough stone, that was thrown by the giant, to stand on and Iver gets a clear view of the wrecked ship.
The giant's boulder had smashed through it, landing on top of the ship and crashing through its decks. Beneath the rubble and wreckage was some sort of creature. Iver couldn't make it out from where he was but he could see its body was somewhat trapped beneath the wrecked ship. It was wiggling around, trying to escape. With each movement it cried out in pain, a webbed leg kicked out and a piece of broken netting fell off it. Maybe he could help it? Maybe it was friendly? Or, maybe it would try to eat him?
"Oi, whaddya see?" Marco called out, still trying to get the hang of Iver's crossbow.

His shoulder hurt with each carve as he tried to sharpen the walking stick. After some minutes it began to look like a spear. Eventually, he'd have the tip deadly and pointed. A replacement for his lost warhammer, albeit, not as sexy as he would have liked it.
