VENTURES INTO THE REMOTE (RP)

"Decent I guess." Thoruk says as he looks at the wise dwarf "But not comparable to you and your experience Grimnir" he adds as he continues to eat.

He looks at the dwarf, "Then we shall practice. When we have time. You seem.. busy with her over there. I will tell you something when we're in between safe walls. There are many unlikely eyes in this world." He says as he patches the Dwarf on his shoulder and heads to the Smithy and continues to refine his equipment.

"Aye, it'll be an honor to practice with you." he says before adding "Aye, Polly, she's a friend of mine, or atleast I would say so." as he looks towards her once again.

Ha'zi walks along Dimitri, head inclined in thought. "Hmm, I've always wanted to learn spear or sling back in Harad." He grins, "I always had the dream of one day bringing down a Mumakil."

With a twinkle in his eye, Ha'zi explains, "They're these big lumbering creatures that reside in the jungles of Harad. Taller than most of the tress. Hide as thick as armor and tusks sharp enough to impale a soldier, armor and all. You wouldn't want to face one."

"I'm glad I'll never have to face one. Sounds nigh impossible to kill, but bringing one down..." Dimitri said. "That'd be quite a feat. Worst thing I've ever faced was an armored troll."

Daugo appears next to Thoruk at Polly's smithery. Normally, he'd wait for no one to have his breakfast, but he felt relaxed for the first time in months that morning, and things could be done with a bit less haste. Observing the dwarf's exchange with the smith, he smirks, prodding him with his elbow and saying in a low voice "she's quite fetching. I don't imagine you've been with a woman before?"

"Trolls are the strongest and dumbest things that have ever walked on Middle-Earth. They are about twice my height, with skin like stone and arms like trees. They can carry full plate armor and a club and still move around, that's how strong they are. But damn, are they dumb. They can't talk, can't think even basic strategy. Mindless, tough brutes. The only way we brought down that troll was by firing a ballista bolt right through its chest." Dimitri says.

Grimnir looks over the camp where the people held breakfast as he spots Daugo, "Master Hobbit, mind come here for a brief moment." He says as he steps back into the smithy. 13527980

"Aye, I have and told many. I've fought in everywhere in the west, from the wastes of Forochel to the plains of Rohan and the hills of Pinnath Gelin. How about we make a deal: for every lesson in learning how to fight, I tell ya a story of some battle or something. Sound good?"

((so this was before going towards the fireplace Cluckz?))
"Oh, Daugo" the long bearded dwarf says while turning around. "Aye, I prefer weapons n a good beer to womans, maybe that could change, ya never know." he whispers before turning around towards Polly again an starts heading to the fireplace.

"Uhhh... first we need weapons. Maybe the blacksmith has some. Or knows how to make one." Dimitri says. He approaches the blacksmith and asks, "Hello, blacksmith. My young friend and I were wondering if you had a spare spear, sling, and a warhammer?"
