Upon entering the hallway, they both could see a variety of ornaments along the wall. There was a mixture of paintings and animals heads, trophies. Elk, deer, bear, even a giant fish, something unfamiliar, a scaly reptile, a mammoth tusk clad with pearly white ivory. These were scattered around many paintings. Ha'zi and Thoruk saw the Trickster in some of them. The first showed him with a group of people, smiling and hugging. A family? They were all rather odd looking. The second row was that of a wedding, he was wearing a charming jacket whilst his bride, a woman who looked insanely beautiful with jade eyes that made Ha'zi feel at peace and long golden hair that complimented her elegant floral gown. The Trickster was smiling softly and holding her hand in these artistic depictions. Then the third row showed more. It seemed they were telling the story of his life. He was with the golden haired woman and they were holding an infant girl. She was but a baby. The next row was different. Gone were the woman and the baby girl. Instead it was the Trickster holding the hands of a small boy. Something was off about this. The boy had dark brown silky hair and smiled as he looked upon a catfish in a pond whilst the Trickster held his hand and crouched down next to him, pointing at the fish. The boy looked eerily similar but Ha'zi couldn't place who reminded him of it.
Then the fifth row depicted the Trickster alone. The pictures were of him hunting and killing animals. Quite gruesome. He was no longer smiling like he had in the early pictures but had a solemn look to his features. The sixth row showed only him. Like the pictures in that dining room, they were of him posing and gazing, with ridiculous smiles and outlandish smirks. None of them were naked, though.
As they wandered down the hallway almost in a trance, Ha'zi and Thoruk would realize they passed a number of doors. Neither could understand the names on each door and so were left with a choice.
