VENTURES INTO THE REMOTE (RP)

As Thoruk gets back up he realises that this "god" had sent men to kill them "Aye" he says as he stand up and grabbes his axe "They send some low scum to finish us?" the dwarf taunts "Embarrassing" he says as he charges the one raising his blade to hit Ha'zi.

"Yabadabadoo" Iver shouted as he jumped off the bridge and transformed into his bat form, using his dagger to trigger stab his finger. He fell down and on his way up he grabbed the knocked elf. He landed back on the land and screeched to ger the attantion of the racist white guys.

Sigeric rose to his feet, witnessing the carnage as the sentinels began to slaughter the Elves of Rivendell. Others might see a disaster, but he saw an opportunity. A perfect chance to prove to the Elves that the Valar were no longer on their side. Sigeric quickly drew his rapier, and moved to regroup with the others. Dimitri stayed by his side, warhammer in hand.

At this moment, Ha'zi knew-- that his hard work of cleaning his books was useless. Completely ignoring the man, Ha'zi tries to dodge towards where his books went from the explosion.
--------------
"Well, I'm leaving, goodbye!" Daugo shouts to the others as he gets up and dashes towards the entrance to Rivendell.

"Maybe, could be even worse for us. If they haven't pledged themselves to our lord than they still are our enemies, regardless if they don't side with Manwë. New allies and forces could be popping up soon. No doubt that's where the other Valar went." He'd say

Cardiloc picked up his spear, and faced the man attempting to stab Ha'Zi. With a cry he charged at the man going to pierce his spear deep in a possible weak spot in the armour.

The Sentinel saw Ha'zi scramble away and instead turned his eyes to Thoruk.

"DIE SCUM!" He exclaimed bringing his longsword down upon Thoruk's head. The dwarf had to dodge but going left would mean falling off the bridge and going right was crowded. What would he do? But then, Cardiloc charged out of no where and came crashing into the Sentinel's chest, Cardiloc saw the most exposed area was the armpits and behind the knees. There was no armour there. But the Sentinel he was fighting smashed his shield into Cardiloc's head, hitting the boy to the ground before he dealt the death blow with his sword.

Ha'zi's books were cluttered about on the floor of the bridge and in the midst of the fighting. Many of the elves had drawn their blades and began engaging the sentinels in combat. Yet, it was three elves for each Sentinel and the Sentinels were easily winning, cutting through them.

Sigeric saw an elf turn around to see him. Their eyes met for a moment before an explosion of blood blinded Sigeric. A sword cut the elf in half, vertically, sending both sides to the floor. Sigeric felt the elf's blood trickle down his forehead and past his nose.
"What the fack is goin' on, mate?" Marco exclaimed over a screech.

From Rivendell, Iver landed in front of a Sentinel and screamed. Yet the Maiar was unfazed, only the elves around them got concussed leading to easy killings. This wasn't going well...until suddenly.

A golden-haired elf ran past the concussed elves and picked up a shortsword before sliding between the feet of a Sentinel and cutting through their unprotected genitals, then sliding back up and twisting to jump on him and stab the shortsword into the visor of the Maiar, climbing and piloting the Sentinel around. The Maia twisted and turned, wailing, "DIE!" As the golden-haired elf continued to stab it through its helmet visor.

Across Rivendell, bells began to ring and shouts and calls alerted further security, more elves rushed down to support their brethren. Yet, just as they did, another two fireballs were coming down...a thunderous screech as they broke the sound barrier....

"I suppose so. Where else could they go?" Azura asked the rhetorical question before she stared off into the sunset as the ship left the Bay of Corsairs.

((TIMESKIP))

There were some attempted mutinies. Some evacuees. And some nonsense aboard by the time they reached the island. It made little difference. They had enough crew and the ship was in good condition even though they hit a storm.

The Isle of Tol Morwen lay ahead. A tiny black rock in the middle of the sea. So insignificant and lifeless. Yet, that was precisely the reason they were here. Life. Freedom. What is life without it? And how far would Pyrus be willing to go for it?

"Alright, set anchor." Azura said to her new first mate as she kicked the gangplank down, "And you better be here before we leave. Otherwise I will find you and I will kill you along with every sorry soul who knows you, got it, Bringis?" She laughed at the man, "I'm kidding. But seriously don't try it."

"Shall we?" She walked over to Pyrus and indicated for them to disembark from the Numerramar and land on the island. 15756962

Deslan raised his finger as if to speak, but opted not to. He looked for a tower that was bound to have a bow and would hook himself on it. Alternatively, he'd look for a bow and quiver from the closest corpses, then hook himself onto a rooftop.

Ha'zi was relieved to find his books were ok, but turned around when he heard what sounded like Cardiloc behind him. His eyes grew wide when he saw that he was about to ne stabbed by the Maia. Quickly, Ha'zi grabbed his spear and threw it at the chest of the figure.

Iver jumped on the closest maia, screeching as he tried to kick his weapon out of his hand before trying to throw him into the waterfalls.

"A bloodbath, that's what's going on!" Sigeric shouted to Marco. "Grab my longbow and give us ranged support!
It should be attached to the saddle of my horse!" Sigeric turned towards the Sentinel responsible for cleaving the Elf in two, and readied his rapier, taunting the assailant.

Dimitri, seeing Cardiloc about to be skewered, moved forward to support the Dunlending, swinging his hammer at the sentinel's chest. Perhaps Cardiloc would finally forget about that kneecap incident..

"We shall." He would motion for her to get off in front of him, ladies first right? Anyways after she got off Pyrus would follow, unslinging his mace incase there was any trouble.

"GENERAL KENO-" The Sentinel said getting cut off as a spear hit his chest and bounced off the armor. He looked down to see Cardiloc roll out of his reach. He saw the incoming hit by Thoruk and blocked it with his tower shield, the axe rocketing off it. The Sentinel grunted and swung his sword around, cutting off Thoruk's left arm in a clean swipe. Thoruk felt a surge of pain and fell back as blood gushed through his arm. It was intense. He had never been in such agony and slowly his vision blurred as blood spurted out of the wound. He felt it healing but the pain...

The Sentinel twisted to see Cardiloc on the floor of the bridge and stepped towards him before an arrow hit his helmet. He turned to see Elladan, the elf who led them to Rivendell, wielding only a bow and firing it at the Sentinel. He distracted it and the Sentinel started to charge the son of Elrond with anger. Then Dimitri hit it with his warhammer and dented its armor. The Sentinel stared at the Forochelrim and punched Dimitri in the face, knocking out three of his teeth.

"Gotcha," Marco said to Sigeric before he ran off. The Sentinel that the Dalishman faced walked through the corpse of the elf and brought his longsword up above Sigeric's head, making his rapier look like a toothpick. Sigeric saw that he was no protecting his exposed armpit and could easily strike at it if he were quick, yet the Sentinel was bringing his blade down for a death blow, would he risk it?

Iver saw one of the Sentinels struggling with the golden-haired elf stabbing him, he could grab him if he were quick and toss him in the river. The elves were all in shock and didn't seem to mind the bat at the current moment. They were too focused on the invasion occurring in their homeland.

Deslan found one bow and a quiver on a corpse next to him. There was a nearby belltower which was ringing that he could hook onto. He saw a Giant Bat screeching on the battlefield and the elf they called Glorfindel beating the shit out of one of those Maiar. The tides had turned as more elves poured in. Then they turned again.

Two fireballs exploded. One inside Rivendell and one on the opposite side of the bridge. Daugo was thrown off the bridge and into the river below by the blasts. Grimnir was concussed, again, and knocked out as he idled around like a pansy. Two dozen more Sentinels appeared.

"SOLDIERS OF MANWE! SLAY THE BEAST!" One commanded as he pointed his blade at Iver and a dozen of the Sentinels charged the Flying Giant.

------------

Azura and Pyrus landed on the shores of Tol Morwen. It was bleak, stark, not a single form of life anywhere. What a desolate place. Ahead of them was a hill.

"Pyrus, I need you to put your hand to the Earth. Just trust me, alright?" Azura said taking his palm gently and crouching next to him, encouraging him to put it to the hard, cold soil.

If he had that idea why didnt he act? Oh, ya. Thinking before acting. Iver followed his mind as fast as he could to grab the maia and throw him into the river. 1 less enemy for the group to fight for now.

"AHHH FAK" he says as his arm slowly regenerates. "ITS OVER, I HAVE THE HIGHGROUND" Thoruk shouts although he has no highground at all aaaand no arm. Even he didn't know what he just said, someone took controll over him for a breath second. "You'll pay for this ya fak" he moans in pain, picking up hix axe with the other hand still sitting to block incoming attackes.

Cardiloc ran towards the Sentinel, and ducked under its arm while he was busy with Dimitri plunging the spear deep into his armpit. "That's for trying to murder an innocent boy you son of a bitch." He snarled to the man.

No risk, no reward. Sigeric darted to the side, thrusting his rapier into the sentinel's exposed armpit, before moving further sideways to evade the vertical strike. If he evaded the blow successfully, he would back away once again, waiting for the sentinel to strike one more.

Dimitri instinctively put his hand to his mouth, feeling the blood and broken teeth. He spun back around, and swung his hammer down upon the sentinel's helm while Cardiloc attempted to stab him.

Deslan hung the chick on his back and the quiver in his belt. The hook dragged him on top of the belltower, from which he started firing on any Maia he could find.
He would talk to Aule about these flares and if there was a way he could file a complaint about them summoning surprise shock troopers.
