Ha'zi laughed along with her at the ridiculousness of brothels. "The sad thing is, I think I actually overheard some of my group trying to find a brothel. They really are an odd bunch."
He walks along with Miriel, enjoying her company and the sights and smells of the city. Ha'zi looks curiously at what the Margoz look-alike is selling before thinking about her sudden question. "Well, you pretty much got the description of the place with that name," he jokes. "Harad is a hard place. It's militaristic, but also pretty chaotic. There's a brothel and a bandit around every corner, and slavers roam the streets looking for kids. And then there's the cultists." Ha'zi shudders at the memories of them. "They would perform sacrifices and strange rituals, praising "the new god", Sauron. A lot more people started disappearing when they were active... Not something I'd like to really talk about."
"But yeah, Harad was brutal. Although, it was my home, and I endured it with my family. And now, my home's gone. These people," he motioned to the entire city around him, "conquered it. I don't know what it's like now, but I'd rather not want to return there now." 12253360
