I think sam might be too, well atleast in some aspects. He certainly knows more about the Nights watch and the North compared to most, however I think Petyr knows more about pollitics, this is very close though! 1 thing petyr has which sam does not is knowledge of other people, via his sources. This could also be his weekness as someone might feed him false information etc.

Actually, in the actual, CANON source, Belwas killed the champion. And Ben Plumm thought of the shitter entry, not Daario. Basically, Daario hasn't been anything else other than a nuisance ever since he was mentioned.
