Finally reached Diamond in Overwatch

Christmas day, I have family over and am upstairs doing some ranked overwatch, and mid-game I had to go for about 1 min to say goodbye to people leaving my house. 1 min. So I get kicked, but as soon as I say goodbye, I go straight back up to my PC and rejoin the match. (I know people may get butt-hurt over the fact I left the game but I couldn't NOT say goodbye to people, that'd be rude, plus I thought my family were leaving later so I'd have time to play more.) Still 2.5 mins left to get the second point on temple of Anubis (plenty of time) and this player was like "WP Dusk, get a life" - so immediately I know he's gonna be an angry kinda guy as I then explained how I just went to say goodbye to my 80 year old grandparents. Then, here come the insults and disgusting behaviour. He says "What, they dead now?" Knowing full well I just said goodbye to them (Or he was stupid, either way.) It got worse and the toxic, cancerous 2 stack started to say about how they were gonna kill my grandparents and kept repeating how they are dead and that stuff... it got so so bad.

After recently losing one of my other grandparents, this kind of behaviour is unacceptable. Anyone can be going through anything in their life - it's one thing to insult someone in game on how they're playing a hero or calling them stupid, but it's when it starts getting personal with these horrible people it starts to hurt. This isn't supposed to be sappy or anything, it's just these two players are actually the worst people I've ever met in this game, and that's saying something. They seriously need a ban, not just a silence. They threw the game anyway so weren't any use on the gameplay front. They were just, they kept on rubbing my nose in just a little bit more about it over and over again. It's just... how dare you talk to someone like that over a screen, someone you don't know and never will know, and think it is OK to talk to people like that. It's sickening.

Some may say 'there's plenty of people like that you just gotta ignore it' - I can, up to a point. It's when it starts getting personal, things start to get into dangerous territory where these disgusting people keep pushing it further and further to make you upset. It kinda ruined my evening, real downer on the day. It'd be some kind of justice to get these two banned - even if they don't learn from it - it'd be some form of justice. (And yes I did report them in-game, but I just kinda wanted to rant about it on here as this is the worst experience I've had in this game to date.)

So you guys know for anyone who still talks to me or whatnot, I may be a tad fragile as my grand dad died of cancer about a week and a half ago. I haven't ever lost someone that close in the family, so it's feeling pretty strange as of right now. After a while I should be fine, for now I am just a bit fragile.
