we can't legally murder people? well what about the death penalty? even those people have a person built up, we put people down for not being able to take care of themselves whether it be by an accident or due to mental defects. a human fetus is not a PERSON yet, it cannot decide what it likes or what it doesn't like, it doesn't know the concept of mommy and daddy yet, it doesn't even know what a floor, ceiling, and/or wall is yet, it has no person, no advanced forms of thought, no life. a human fetus is entirely reliant on the human mother for the first few stages of life, and if you've taken any form of biology class you would know that in order for something to be classified as ALIVE, it has to meet ALL requirements as a living thing.

yes, a fetus obtains and uses energy (supplied entirely by the mother)
yes, a fetus grows and develops (according to the mother)
a fetus has the POTENTIAL to reproduce IN THE FUTURE, however, in it's state, it cannot yet reproduce.
yes, studies have shown that a fetus responds to it's environment, but not in any way that would aid it's own development or survival.
a fetus, cannot adapt to it's environment beyond the way the dna has coded it to do, so a fetus does only what it is coded to do(for the most part)

therefor, by the classifications biologists use to determine whether something is living, nonliving, or dead, one can only assume that a fetus, alone, is not alive. a fetus can only be classified as a ORGAN (a part of a larger system of cogs in the biological mechanism that is a human being, which has the POTENTIAL, to EVENTUALLY, be alive, by the moment of it's birth, and separation of the umbilical cord.

LEGAL PRECEDENTS have been set, that unless the fetus has taken a breath, it is not yet alive, therefor, an abortion, under law, CANNOT, and WILL NOT, ever be qualified as homicide. it's also why if you unplug someone's life support, you cannot be charged with murder because that machine is breathing for them. seriously. go fucking get an education before you start trying to argue points about abortion, because CLEARLY, you do not know enough to argue on the subject.

man i fucking sat through there when she was having a mental breakdown and did my best to at least be there for her.

but the moment i start to have a mental breakdown she says shit like "and you wonder why nobody likes you" and then discards me from her life, and does nothing but complain about me afterwards.

look, i dont care how cringy i have been, or how cringy i can still be, you chose to pretend to be my friend, you joined in my life and made me care about you, so when you finally decide to leave like the waste of a human being you are, like everyone fucking else before you, and go all sarcastic and purposefully try to hurt me, dont go and fucking complain about how cringy our fake friendship was afterwards, because it's your own damn fault for pretending to be my friend.

i, however, have all the right in the world to complain about how you pretended to be my friend, pretended to like me, then became a bitch for a few moments and hurt me saying shit like "oh wait how bad your life is about to get now" remove me, and then complain about pretending to be friends with me.

because while i deserve some of the shit i've taken, it's starting to go fucking overboard, people like this, are the reason why i continue to get bitter, and get pissed when someone says even the slightest thing in a negative light towards me.

people like to complain about me being an asshole, only to go and be absolute fucking asshole's themselves, and then they wonder why im so distrusting of new people and such an asshole to everyone else.

seriously, it's fucking ridiculous. the worst part about some of it is that, some of these people will have me blocked, only to unblock me weeks later. like wtf is the point of that? block me, and then leave me blocked, you absolute waste of a human being, please dont make me get attached and care about you any more than i already do because i know for a fact, i already care too much about you when you definitely do not deserve it.

if you ever thought you where my friend but then stopped talking to me because of some petty ass argument or, any reason, really.
news flash: it means you where never my friend, don't pretend that you ever where.

and with this note i believe i've only ever had 7 true friends...
yes, that's right. out of the hundreds of people who have called themselves my friend, who i have called my friend, only 7 of those people have ever proven themselves to actually be my friend.
Jacob, Wayne, Reyna, Faith, Dylan, etc.
all these people who i cared, and for some of them, still care deeply about, and not a single one of them where ever my friend.
maybe this is just how life is and shit, but i'd definitely be lying if i said it wasn't a crushing thought...

do you ever have a person that you're beefing with for so long that you forget the original reason that you had beef in the first place & you knew it was for a good reason but can't remember the reason, so then all you have left to have beef over is all the petty shit which came afterward and so the entire reason you're beefing seems stupid?
