Guys for my server should i have custom map for my server? It might cause lag

Everyone! MY server is reopening!!! Please join, it will be a lord of the rings factions server
with a little twist. There will be quests and classes and groups of people.
For example when you join factions you can choose from 5 different races
(Dwarf, Orc, Elf and humans)
each race will have a classes
please name some of the classes you would like (i can add skills such as speed and regeneration and all that stuff)
Note: opening day in less then 13 days

List of Classes:
Human: Has 20% more swords damage. Takes 30% more damage from Elves. Deals 30% more damage on dwarves.

Armor: Iron Protection II Thorns I
Sword: Diamond Sword
Axe: Iron Axe Sharpness I
Iron Tools

Dwarf: Has 20% more Axes damage. Takes 30% more damage from Humans.
Deals 30% more damage on Elves

Armor: Iron Protection III Thorns I
Sword: Iron Sword Sharpness I
Axe: Diamond Axe
Diamond Tools

Elf: Has 10% more Bows damage and 10% more Swords damage. Has 10% less Axes damage. Takes 30% more damage from Dwarves. Deals 30% Damage on Humans.

Tomorrow Saturday 9th we are opening Classes on the server

when you join a class you will have the prefix of you class and you category or

the classes will affect in game play such as wizard gets a fireball affect that can harm other players.

classes are:

1. human: the default class

All human classses : hunter, knight, king, builder, miner, farmer, baron, lord, prince and wonderer.

2. Elf: the wariors of the forest

All Elf classes : hunter, warrior, farmer, scout, king, wonderer and lord

3. wizard: the masters of spells and potions(note that wizard are a kind of humans)

Classes under Wizards : sorcerer, witch, wizard, warlock and the greatest of all wizerd classes (there can only be one at a time)

4: Dwarf: greedy creatures living in caves mining the deep

Classes under Dwarf : Miner, Lord, king and warrior

5: Orcs: Evil men with corupted bodys

Classes for orcs : Hunter, Warrior and king

Jedi.. Um I'm thinking of quitting your server its because staff arent opped. I'm mean your server is great and all its just what if theres a hacker and your gone how are we supposed to ban them. So yeah but I'm still thinking

Hey m8 im sry but i wont play on your server again, a guy ( i dont want to say the name) tp'd me , and /back isnt working for normal guys, that means i lost everything i had, now it makes no sence anymore and i griefed a path so blaze bans me, just to let you know :c
