Suggestion:
Remove mages from Rohan, or add mages back for Uruks.

The reason is simple, mage is too powerful for just one team to have it, especially for the defending team. And Tim, crossbows don't do s*** against mages, they take the damage and they heal themselves in 1 second and the crossbowman has to wait for 15 seconds to actually get to do another shot and then have a slight chance to kill him/her, if the crossbowman doesn't miss.

Oh, one more thing, please make fireballs not able to instant kill weaker classes.
 
I think they should improve the crossbower's armor and make a plugin that makes the mages unable to cure themselves and cure only their team.

Wonderful idea! Except it takes away the point of mage: Being able to take shitloads of damage and still getting back to full health in a second. Though, I'd consider this a positive thing, and it might reduce the overuse.

Like, seriously, when there comes a mage, wtf are we supposed to do? Shoot him? Yea, if we succeed, he'll heal back before we shoot again. Hit him when he comes in range? He's gonna burn us before he gets in range.

Anzra, the role of the mage is to heal with the SPLASH potions, not to heal only himself. And you know the rule of healers/clerics in the world!

I know that and that's the way it's supposed to be and the way most people want it to be, but it's not the way it's ever been, not the way it is, and unless some drastic changes are presented, not the way things will ever work.

Ok.
Another idea: decrease the mage's speed and damage. The greatest problem is a melee mage.

I only agree with the melee damage, let us leave the speed alone.
I would like to return a fire ball to sender, on purpose, not by accident and unintended.

Because all noobs can use them to get good killstreaks. I don't quite agree with removing them, since it is a cool class, but right now it's too OP. I suggest it to be nerfed a lot, removing at least one of the things that makes it OP, like fireball, potions, speed, sharpness 4.

It's a fun class, Fun should take priority over lore.
I think that sharpness should only be 1, then the main weapon is the fireball.
 
mage on uruk already isn't that good with noob thrower. rohan mage is op already, and with noob thrower it is a massacre. I say remove noobthrower for that map or add both mages back.
 
I think we just need to sit down, tell everything what is wrong with the PvP system, and release a huge patch. That would be something we need. (Rather than small suggestion every few days who barely gets attention)
 
Mage is all bonuses, no drawbacks. It takes 3 hits to kill with olog in helms. Then they run and med. Thats another 3 hits.

Does sharpness 4, knockback (2 it seems), speed, fireball ranging from 2-10 hearts, and 13 potions? enough to regen yourself 3 times, strike you as a non-donor class??

People who say "Troll is op" are wrong, it has its slowness 2 which means aiming arrows at us is easy, and people can run away from us in a fight. Its a moderated class, totally unlike mage which is just bonus bonus bonus.
