Mile made a mistake thinking that there where only the city guard and the 1.5 untrained levies that joined the fight and did not know of the 4k so he shall correct his mistake. By the end of the battle of Lannisport, more than 3/4ths of the troops that marched where dead or dying. Some could be saved but those that could still be on their feat and ready for battle was no more than 1500. The rest, around 360 more, where wounded and in need of medicle aid and unable to fight.

The army at the beginning of the day was 50k. By the end of the massive battle of lannisport and the beginning stagest of the seige of casterly rock as well as the attacks by the tyrells and lannisters, no more than 20,000 remained. Though the battle of Lannisport had been won, the toll from both battles was a great strain on the mens morale. Some spoke of mutiny and others to just go home but with the crack of their lords words they sprung back into action. The Riverland lords, including the Tullys, and the Stormland minor lords with the rebels continued to push against the Lannister forces.

Banefort then.

The Crakehall lord was no fool. Seeing no one on the walls, he became nervous that the army planned a attack fom the rear or flanks. He did no know the land nor did his scouts, easily small bands of men could have slipped by them to flank. The Lord however decided to go ahead with the seige and a ram was brough forth with carriers.

(So much going on its hard to keep track sorry. Also the counts I gave where not counting in the other 4k in the city cause well, for the same reason i forgot that the lord lydden was in the field.
