So long as our mods are getting on a couple of times a week, or during peak playing hours, I don't see the need for extra staff. While I haven't been on the server since it came back earlier this year, EW is still in a very early re-building stage. While your idea of Helpers is to give new players guidance and point them in the right direction, I don't see the need of that becoming a staff position. EW should have a community of players willing to help new players regardless of whether or not they are on staff. That is what will bring people to the server is a strong community of players, not adding more staff positions.
