VENTURES INTO THE REMOTE (RP)

"Well, it's a bit complicated but I don't have any title" Iver said to Thule.
"Is the destroyer part of the plan?" Iver asked Evenis.

Hissing in frustration as rocks pelted his armour, Sigeric endured, moving only forward, desperately trying to close the gap. Retreat was no longer an option, he thought, still mildly disturbed at the reminder of their previous Shifters' relationship. Sigeric finally understood how Elodrin had felt, during that fateful battle at Aldamos. Seeing Cardiloc draw the Destroyer's aim, he used the opportunity to sprint towards his foe. He reached into Grimnir's - or was it Osman's - mind, anticipating the trajectory of his next throw, and preparing to dodge accordingly.

Ha'zi's eyes lit up (pun intended). Yes, yes, this was good! Now, he had to control it somehow. Shame his arms were really slow at healing. How could he control it any other way? The Haradrim boy tried to remember the ways the Elemental, both Idris and Thoruk, moved and controlled the elements. Mirecyla would slow down, eventually coming to a stop. She wanted the love of Sauron but also wanted the freedom to do her own choices, despite her relationship with the other protos she knew deep down that they were her only family. Cupping her hands over her mouth she would yell "Hurry up! Or did you slowasses forget who woke up?" Before following after the group.

Meanwhile Pyrus was having a pleasant dream, hopefully no one would interrupt it. WINK WINK

Daugo let out a prolonged sigh. "Now, Mister Gondorian, we go back and tell them why we returned empty-handed. Unless you want to lie, but that's obviously not your forte. As I said, I'm not goingdown into that gully, but you're more than welcome to try."

Steam erupted from Mairon's eyes as his tears evaporated at the same time they came. He had come. Melkor had come. Where despair had once brooded, hope flowered anew. He saw his Master getting devastated by Tulkas, but no, he wouldn't die, he couldn't. He would win, somehow. He was smarter than the Champion, and, if not stronger, than definitely more cunning and skillful.

Mairon wanted to help, but he was surrounded on all sides and much too weak to fight, even if it was against a few measly Ñoldor. He saw with bewilderment as Eönwë arrived. "What do you seek, my brother?" he asked.

Sadly Pyrus was dead at this point, having bled out on the floor. RIP.

Another strange occurrence began. Somewhere far in the northwest, the fence began to flicker. Why?

--------

Sigeric saw him ready to throw once more, only 138 more meters to go.

---

"Fuckin' false noble, Grimnir was right to despise you."

---

That was the only thought going through his mind, almost on repeat with frequent changes to the first word from replacements like bastard and cunt.

The rocks flew towards him in an arc, some coming straight forward, others flying off to his side's, a few going towards his feet, and a huge boulder flying towards his head.

Cardiloc smashed into the hill, leaving a crater where he landed. His wing was torn apart and he was no longer healing. He'd exhausted himself. This was the last of his energy. He saw Sigeric far ahead. Cardiloc lay 312 meters from the Destroyer Giant and would have to catch up. His flight was gone but he could quadrupedally run...

---------

Ha'zi remembered Thoruk specifically using his hands to transfer elemental control. His hands were still stubby and did not seem to even be healing.

What was wrong with him? But hands...they weren't the only limbs he had. Right?

"No," Evenis said. "We were meant to subdue him inside. I sent Taras to find Ilsa and take him out. But he's here. This is problematic. He isn't one of us and no one here likes him except Mirecyla, maybe." The handsome man turned to the Armoured Giant and called up to him, "Berethor, go clear the way. We'll use Miriel to get us out of here!"

The Armoured nodded, glanced at Iver and slowly began to walk away, moving southwest along the Obsidian Fortress' walls.

"Alright!" Tytus called to them all, "We have to escape from this wretched land and be free. If you wish to go your separate ways, then state so now! I would highly recommend we escape together in order to further our chances at success, however, it is your choice now that we are free; that luxury is what we were not given."

Raddis stepped up to him, staring down at the man. There were six people backing him up.

"I don't think so. I want to stay and fight. To help our Master who cared for us. And you ain't getting in our way."

"Oh not this bullshit again." Miriel groaned.

"You may stay then, Raddis." Tytus said, backing up.

"No. I meant, we ALL stay." He slammed his foot into the ground, breaking a chunk of the grassy valley floor.

"This is bad," Evenis muttered watching it happen with Iver and Thule.

A standoff was becoming apparent between the majority who wanted to escape and those that did not.

Mirecyla was caught in between. Which side would she choose? Her family or her family? Who's loyalty would triumph? That to her friends or her Master?

”Your forgiveness.” Eönwë asked Mairon, simply. There was no need for an explanation there. No need for any salutations. Just a mere request.

As the fight progressed, Morgoth bashed his shield into Tulkas’ face, drawing blood. The Vala counter-attacked by grasping the shield and with his meaty hands lobbing it at Morgoth.

With a quick duck, the shield went flying off into the distance, lost. Grond smashed into Tulkas’ face breaking his nose.

”YOU THINK THAT FOOLS, ME, MELKOR?!” Tulkas screamed in hate, kicking himself up and grabbing Grond, twirling the hammer and hurling it at Morgoth who barely evaded it.

”I SEE THROUGH YOUR LIES!” The Champion of Valinor leaped through the air towards the Dark Lord and shouted, ”ALMAREN SMAAAASH!!as his knuckles collided with Morgoth’s chest, the Dark Lord’s hands grasping around Tulkas’ fist, sending both of them flying. They continued going until both crashed into the Obsidian Castle’s walls. Morgoth grasped his brother’s face and started to crush it as Tulkas pounded at his opponent’s chest, breaking through the black iron armor.

”You’re weak, Melko. So, pathetically weak. I know why,” Tulkas head-butted him and tossed him around, throwing Morgoth onto the Gorgoroth Plateau grounds. He crashed into them and left a crater as dust and ash exploded into the air.

Tulkas Astaldo flew up, high into the sky, passing through the clouds as the sun set in the west, illuminating his figure. Then he began to fall, a golden spear coming crashing down upon Morgoth. The Dark Lord was recovering from the savage attacks when he looked up.

”VAAAAAALINOOOOOOORRR SSSSSSMMMAAAAAAAAAAASSSSHHHHHH!!!!!!!” Tulkas cried, his voice booming through the valleys of Mordor, as he rocketed to Earth, his fists glowing brighter than the sun as he broke the sound barrier creating a mighty roar.

Card eased himself out of the crater, and began to run towards the destroyer. He was going to kill that son of a bitch. 12253360

As Cardiloc bounded forward he saw another strike coming. The Destroyer was aiming at Sigeric, who was directly ahead of Cardiloc by 110 meters now. Cardiloc had enough time to race to the side and up the hill, would he do it or continue onwards hoping Sigeric would absorb the brunt of the attack?

12700073

The dragon kept on going, heading towards the left of the destroyer. No, he had to create a distraction. “You psychotic cunt!” He roared up to the Destroyer. 12253360

Mirecyla would sigh loudly walking in between the two, hands outstretched. "Alright, so you guys want to have a dick measuring contest. Fucking amazing while there's a breakout. Here's an idea, what's after this? If we stay what happens? Most of us were asleep and would be put back to sleep, meanwhile if we leave where would we go? Create a little fucking town and call it home? Bullshit. So that's the big question you two need to answer. What. Happens. Next."

"We-" they both spoke in unison, "Serve Morgoth," Raddis intterupted Tytus who finished with, "Discuss it after we escape. We find a place and settle down far from all this trouble. We live free. By our own rules. Whoever goes, may go. Whoever comes, may come."

The others waited as tension began to brew between Tytus and Raddis.

-------

FHOOOM.

The rocks flew towards the Guardian, completely ignoring Cardiloc as he was so far behind it mattered little what he could do.

Osman smirked,
”You sad, little Cardylocks? Want me to pound you next? Step up and I'll make you my little bitch!”

Sorry, I’m not Grimnir, you two are perfect for each other though. How is he doing up there?” Cardiloc smirked to the Destroyer giant.

Sauron looked keenly at his brother, the red light in his eyes mellowing out.

Mairon sighed after a moment. "Very well, you shall have it. It means little, now that my end is nigh," he said bitterly, his gaze flickering for a moment towards the biblical fight going on.

Mirecyla visibly letting out a string of curses that could take the paint from a fence off. "Holy shit. The fuck is wrong with you two? One of you wants to serve someone who if I may remind your dumbass NEVER EVEN CARED ABOUT US! While the other wants to go live a simple life, guess what retards, we aren't normal and we ain't gonna ever be. So how about this, we either seperate OR we help out and then those who want to leave can leave."

It appeared that reading his thoughts was a fruitless endeavor. Osman was as simple-minded as ever. He and Grimnir truly were perfect together. As the boulders flew towards him, Sigeric dived and rolled underneath the barrage, shielding his head with his armored limbs. The rocks that had been aimed at his feet would likely still strike him, and he relied on his armor's ability to absorb the blows. He stood up from the ground, and continued on his course.

Ha'zi sighed sadly at the sorry sight of his sore stumps. Why weren't they healing anymore? Did he really have to try using his legs for this elemental stuff? Well, he'd at least attempt since his arms were being annoying. With another sigh, he tried to mimic some of the movements Thoruk did for controlling elements with his lower limbs. 12253360

”You think Master Sauron never cared for us?” Raddis turned on Mirecyla, “Heretical traitor. He raised us, fed us, nurtured us.”

“He stole us from our families. Hurt us!” Someone cried from amidst the crowd.

“Shut it!” A woman shoved them onto the ground.

“Leave him alone!” Equas yelled and slapped her.

“Oh shit,” Evenis muttered as the woman got back up her and punched the kid.

“We don’t hurt one another!” Thule yelled at the woman.

“He hit me first.” She said, casually.

“You bratty-“ Thule seemed about to melt her when Raddis grabbed her hand and yanked it back.

“Don’t try it missy,” He threatened to break her arm.

Someone appeared behind him and the next things happened in a flash. Raddis was picked up, fling upside down and brought crashing into the ground. In his wake, stood Yellena, her arms red sore.

“Fight for the Master!” Someone yelled and before Iver knew it he was being swarmed, someone’s fist in his face and now he was on the grassy floor with a broken nose.

A fight broke out in front of Mirecyla as her family began to kill one another.

”I’m raping him, just like I’m about to rape you.”

The Destroyer exclaimed, picking up another batch of rocks and crushing them in his hands to create his ammunition.

The Guardian’s armor cracked under the rocks, breaking off, but protecting his arm. Another 88 meters ahead. He was almost there. As he rose from his roll, he saw Osman ready to throw another barrage. His body couldn’t take this much damage. But he had to keep going if he wanted to defeat him.

————

Ha’zi’s boots kicked up a ball of fire into the air. It exploded with a slight fume.

Eönwë stubbornly shook his head, ”It means more to me than you surmise. I am sorry,” the Maia paused, turning around at the sound of a loud blast.

Tulkas’ fists impacted with Morgoth’s helmet. There was a massive explosion and all of them were blinded by the dust, dirt and sand thrown up into the air. Through it they could see both opponents still battling, their bodies moving faster than the eye could see. Morgoth was still going but slowly as the dust settled, they saw his helmet had broke and most of his upper armor was shattered. His face was bloodied and cut as he continued, pounding into Tulkas’ chest, arms, legs, grabbing the Vala and trying to crush him, miserably failing in doing so. Tulkas was too fast, too strong, too powerful, too overwhelmingly mighty.

Morgoth retreated, jumping back out of the crater and angling his back towards the castle. He huffed, seemingly fatigued as Tulkas walked out, slightly sweaty.

”I’m disappointed. I expected you to have grown stronger but it appears to be just the opposite. I understand why, brother. I can see through your lies. You’re weaker than me. You’re no threat to Middle-Earth. Hell, you can’t even fight someone like Nienna in your state. And all because you cared for that insolent wretch,” Tulkas pointed at Sauron on the hill.

Morgoth’s grimace deepened, he held his knees with both hands, attempting to calm down.

”I’m correct aren’t I? These sorry saps that call themselves the Free People did everything they could to obliterate his soul and guarantee that he would not be ever able to return in form to Arda. And you spent the last of your power, gave up your own life-essence for this mangy mutt? I almost pity you. You’re weaker than Melian in your current state. The last embers of your fëa flicker. Every hit, every breath, every little move you make weakens you. You’re pathetic. You’re nothing. And now, you’re going to die. Here and now, brother. This is the end of your story.”

”No...” Morgoth said weakly, standing to full might.

”No.” He repeated, steadily. His Vala Wings glowing behind him.

”I will not perish in this forsaken land. I will not fall before my justice is achieved. I will not falter until Arda is marred. I will not rest until Eru hears my reckoning and the Timeless Halls are spilled with blood.”

”Goodbye, Melkor,” Tulkas said, smiling. He raised both his fists, his legs spurring the very ground beneath him as he ran forward faster than the eye could see.

”I won’t die. Not until I finish what I started. I can’t die!” Morgoth prepared to take the blow, his own fists raised and power surged through them, a red orange hue glowed around the Dark Lord.

”REUNITED-“ Tulkas screamed, so loud that the Ephel Duath shook.
”KINGDOMS-“ His fists soared through the air, summoning the most powerful blow Tulkas has ever dealt, the blow that defeated Morgoth millennia ago.
”OF SSSSSSSSSMMMMMAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAASSSSSSSHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!” His knuckles collided with Morgoth’s. For a brief second, the Dark Lord seemed able to hold him back. Then.

WHAABOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOMMMMMMM.

As the Guardian Giant continued running towards its prey, Sigeric witnessed the Destroyer prepare yet another volley. Sigeric threw the broken shaft of his hammer, the jagged tip arcing towards his enemy's throat like a javelin. He timed his throw so that the Destroyer, preparing to throw the boulders, would have no arms available to catch or block the makeshift missile.
