Ilmare glared back at him as she had her hand on Iver's broken face and was healing him faster. His own regeneration could not keep up with the damage and so the Maia had to step in. Without Ilmare there to aid him, Iver would have died and the Power of the Flying Giant would have transferred to the next closest person, Sam.
Marco was bleeding from the spear which had struck his torso, he edged backward towards the rest of them as Ilmare began to speak, coldly,
"Pyrus, I expected as much from a worker Maiar like you. So myopic. You cannot see past your own nose, can you? At least Eonwe had some guts, but you, you're nothing compared to me or him. You're a lowly peasant to us. I'm sorry. I truly am. But you're the one in the wrong. You were going to take them back to Valinor for execution. I will not let that happened to these poor souls." She then stood, having healed Iver's face. The Dalishman was slowly coming to consciousness, his memory was nearly completely wiped of the events of the fight. The last thing he could remember was seeing Ilmare's starry eyes before it all went dark.
Ilmare walked over to Pyrus who was being restrained by Sigeric, his arm held back by Sam and the other guarded by Ha'zi and placed her hand on his forehead and spoke in a strange, ancient language.
"Razaq, Lominur, Remalinuspelomir." Pyrus' eyes shut and he fell into a deep slumber.
Ilmare looked at the others and said, "He is locked within his own mind for now. He will awaken soon, so we must hurry. Leave his body and all of you cut your wrists but do not transform, I need your blood. The Eight Shifters blood, combined with a Chieftan of the Maiar can break the seal on the island." She then produced a wooden bowl, one of those that they had eaten from at Aldamos and snipped some blood of Iver, who still had blood coating his face, then moved to Ha'zi who was nearest.
"Your blood, quickly." She asked. When the boy had given his, she would proceed to Sigeric, then Dimitri, then Thoruk, then Cardiloc, then Grimnir and lastly Daugo.
Marco was still bleeding but Ilmare couldn't attend to his wounds without breaking the spell.
