VENTURES INTO THE REMOTE (RP)

Steam began to rise out of Sigeric's hand and Luincrist took a step closer, then two backwards.

"A DEVIL! HE IS A WITCH!" Luincrist cried, running away from Sigeric, hitting into a door at the end of the hall, opening it and continuing his deranged run.

Some of the guards left their stations and stared at Sigeric, shocked to see his hand repairing itself. The wound sealed slowly and healed over.

"What? Sorcery? You are a witch!" One of them called, pointing their pike at Sigeric.

"Morning" He said as he sat down and dug in. "So, father. I thought that today before we go and meet the king i thought about going around and looking at the city. When and where do you want me to meet you" He asked.

Ha'zi was momentarily confused by all the questions coming his way. When he was able to digest them, he spoke again, "Yeah, I have. My name's Ha'zi, Ha'zi Mor. I'm from Harad, and I've seen Mumakil before in Far Harad."

" What do you think we should do Ha'zi? Trust in the hospitality of these Gondorians or rest for the night, hunt tomorrow. Then approach the city then. " He inquired to the Haradrim.

Ha'zi turns to Card,"I think we should rest and make camp. You definitely need some rest, and I can hunt a bit." 12700073

"Very well then," The dragon landed in the wildness, Cardiloc crawled out of the nape and turned to the corpse. He grinned, "Fancy dragon steak?" He shrugged to the Haradrim.

"Not sure that's very safe, Card." Then he moves a bit closer and whispers, "I don't think your sister would enjoy eating what was just you, alright?"

He backs away, then begins setting up camp. "Hey, Ela, mind helping by collecting some sticks for a fire?" He asks her. 12253360

After the godlike meal he stands up, gets his weapons and opens the door, heads outside and looks around. "By Durin, nothing changed, it's still as breath taking as it used to be." Thoruk says as he looks around, witnessing dwarves carrying barrels, weapons, carts and more around. He walks into the direction of the training fields he had seen yesterday. "I know exactly what to do, to convince both of them." he says to himself, forming his hand into a fist. "But not inside the mountain, that'd be a suicide action." he addes in minds, swinging around his father's axe as he heads towards the training fields.

"At the King's libraries. Around noon. It's currently five past nine, so you have some time." Erland said to Iver. Marco sipped down the last of his tea and turned to Iver. The Gondorian was smiling and seemed genuinely pleasant after everything that had occurred. He had shaved and his overgrown beard had been trimmed down to a neat mustache. He nearly looked like a fanciful lord.

"Where to Iver?" His friend asked him.

"Understood, Mister." The lady said, heading into the kitchen.

Thirteen minutes later she returned with a sunny side egg, three pieces of oily bacon and a mug of ale which she placed down at Dimitri's area with a smile before leaving him to his own devices.

"Sure thang," She says, yawning and stumbling over to Ha'zi, sleepy. Cardiloc was also pretty exhausted after transforming and flying them here. It was a long night. Ela held the Haradrim boy's leg and nodded off into a slumber. Even Ha'zi was getting tired.

The training fields were located high in Erebor. After climbing many stairs on his way up, Thoruk found the entrance to the training fields. The field was covered with dwarves and equipment, it was a massive clearing and Thoruk could see engineers working on a fortress in one corner. It was apparent that the Dwarves were partaking in war-games. Nearly a thousand of them were scattered on the field at the current moment. He saw the area he had been to yesterday, a balcony above the field, which was above him. He could see a couple of dwarves there. His father, the King and a few others he did not know. Would Thoruk climb the ladders leading up to the balcony to meet them?

Thoruk stoppes for a bit as he watches the hundreds of dwarves training like there is no tomorrow. "Aye, so much heartblood put into their training, I'd realy like to participate with'em but there are more important things to do right now" he says to himself as he climbs up towards his father and the others.

"Ah, Thoruk!" His father exclaimed upon seeing him reach the balcony. "I hope ya slept well, son," he pat his shoulder, "So, what was it ya wanted to show the King and I?" He asked.

Dimitri ate it all with some degree of haste, left a single gold coin at the table, and left without saying another word. He got back on his horse and rode off towards Edoras.

"You can do whatever you want in the city, and whatever my father agree to in the house. You can come with me if you want" He said before taking some coins and leaving the house, headin to the market to look for something nice to buy for his sister, which he planned on visiting after that.

"I am no witch. Only a man with a very special talent. I mean you no harm." Sigeric picked up his gauntlet, and put it back on. "I expect to meet with King Bard on the morrow." He strode out of the King's Hall, back into the city. He was exhausted from using his various powers, and his brother's death still weighted heavily upon him. Perhaps he would look for Iver, at his father's house. Obviously, he could not reveal his identity. On the way there, he decided that he would introduce himself as a mercenary hired by Iver. He hoped that the merchant was intelligent enough to play along.

((My arrival will be time-bubbled))

"Well it-it's complicated." Thoruk says, scratching his fore head. "My king" he says as he looks towards Thorin. "I'd need you to tell your men down there to take a pause. I need some space for what will come." he explains. "Father, I told you about me beeing a giant-shifter, didn't I? You two don't believe in me and so I will show you the prove you want to see." he says before climbing down the ladder. He puts his father's axe next to the ladder and waits for the king's command.

After the fire is set up along with the camp, Ha'zi yawns, then says to the girl. "You better get some sleep, Ela. Here, lemme get you a place to sleep..." He clears a small area for the sleepy girl, then sets her there. "Goodnight, Ela. See you in the morning."

He then makes his way over to his own sleeping area, and rests away. 12253360

Cardiloc then comedically fell asleep right then, slamming into the cold grass. The dunlending instantly began to snore.

Dimitri was on his last two gold coins. His horse was sleeping when he left the bar. It would not be waking anytime soon.

"I think I'll just wander about." He told Iver before turning to Erland, "May I have some more coin, sir. I swear that I will return it when I have the ability to, Mister...uhh..." He searched for a name.

"Volfovich. Mister Volfovich. And here," Erland said getting up and placing two bags of coins next to Marco and Iver, "It's no big deal. Take it as a gift you can't refuse." He gave them a cheeky, awkward wink before letting loose a slight laugh and leaving out the front door.

((Time-bubble))

There was a knock on the door at the Volfovich Mansion. Iver was just on his way to bed when he heard it.

"By all means, go ahead, Thoruk." King Thorin said, stifling a laugh. His companions had all heard the news of Thoruk being a 'giant-shifter' and found it quite amusing. Obviously, the dwarf had taken some brain damage in his travels. It couldn't hurt to let his little delusion play out, could it?

Thrak Ironbeard gave out an order in Khuzdul and the various dwarves in formation halted, regrouped and marched back in synchronization. They passed Thoruk, with only a couple glancing at him.

"Go on, Thoruk." The King said, beckoning him with his hand to show them. Thoruk would have to walk out onto the field and attempt to transform there. It would be quite awkward if he ended up killing some of the dwarves accidentally or if he failed to transform. Though, he was sure of it. He couldn't have doubts now. He felt the power coursing through his veins.

The sun rose and Ha'zi awoke. It was nearly noon. They had all slept way past dawn. He was freezing, Ela, was asleep on the ground, shivering and Cardiloc was a dead log in the corner. He did not clearly think this through. Hopefully, the little girl hadn't caught a cold. That would be tremendously depressing if she died because of him. Almost poetic in a way to how his mother had died due to his wreckless hunting tendecies. Cardiloc and him were immune to diseases, or so he thought, considering they were immortal and after becoming Giant Shifters, had not had a single cold but Ela was not. She was precious. And vulnerable. Like a thin layer of ice, she could crack. She shivered on the ground, still asleep.

"Who the fck could it be?" He asked marco before grabbing his spear and going to the door. His father and the workers had a key and who would come and visit him? Maybe another merchant or travele.... Nope its Sig.
"What the bloody hell are you doing here?" He asked him whispering.
