RP is starting to lull a bit, so I'm just going to post this to humor myself and keep peeps updated about stuff that's been happening that is nearing completion.
1: The Qariri forts (one in Lagan, one in Goa, and two or three spread throughout the African colonies) are either all done or nearly so, all of them complete with barracks, training grounds, thick stone walls, and multilevel defenses. Coincidentally and not and all on purpose (wink, wink) the university has also been finished which means a whole lot more natives are going to volunteer for the Qariri military.
2. The defenses at Goa (trenches, scattered walls, foxholes, etc.) are all finished or almost done. These defenses merge with those of Muscovy to form an extensive system of defenses that secure the border. Troops are still coming in and taking up residence in the finished fort. All activity is otherwise completely normal.
3. Construction on the road connecting Arabia with the African colonies is ongoing. We throw more builders at it and give it more resources so that it is completed ASAP. Water caravans are sent Southwest in a (guarded) chain to supply the builders. Speaking of Africa, those Duneshifters I sent off awhile ago may or may not be guarding the construction sight of the road and making sure that no one hinders its progress. The builders claim land as they go.

Israel is reforming its army into 12 parts.
1. The Warriors of Reuben- The strongest, bravest of men. Sort of a special forces.
2. The Men of Simeon- executioners and shock troops. Known for being cruel.
3. The Men of Levi- similarly to the Men of Simeon, they work as shock troops. Also known for being cruel.
4. Warriors of Judah-
The most skilled fighting force. A large band of soldiers who devote themselves to the defense of Israel.
5. Navy of Zebulun- sailors and ship workers who settle on the coastline. Make up the majority of the navy.
6. Worker of Issachar- The most elite builders and constructors in the land, who are also skilled soldiers. Oversee and conduct most major construction.
7. Judges of Dan- Policemen, guards, watchmen, and judges. They also oversee the military as commanders and officers. Among these ranks are the Sicarii assassins, who fight like vipers.
8. Triumphant of Gad-
The largest of the fighting forces, who will forever be Triumphant. Also work as chariots and cavalry.
9. Men of Asher The caretakers, cooks, treasurers, medics, and distributors of food within the military.
10. Order of Naphtali- An order of those who use words for combat. The generals, messengers, diplomats, and communicators within the army.
11. Watchmen of Joseph-
The watchers, archers, and defenders of the outer walls.

12. Wolves of Benjamin-
The secret service, raiders, and by far the most dangerous warriors in Israel.Btw if you want to know where I got all this check out Genesis 49

So the Jew/Gestapo game isn't meant to be racist, it's purpose was to show the kids how difficult it was to hide being a Jew at that time. With 1 single word they used almost every other sentence caused them to die. Yes, he did add a dark, gruesome twist with the death certificates, but don't fear, it's not meant to offend anyone. A different teacher, who used to be Jewish, isn't offended by it, an he is a full blood Jew

So at my school we have 1 teacher who plays this game once a year for his history class.
