With the university complete, work inside of it begins. The most prominent philosophers, professors, theorists, and researchers of the day are recruited to teach in the university and the African militiamen can begin redeeming their military time. Meanwhile, in the basement, research in physics, mechanical engineering, chemistry, and creation of prototype weapons begins. No students are allowed to enter the basement without the permission of a professor and it is guarded day and night by around fifty guards wielding halberds, clubs, and shortswords who patrol it endlessly.
