Add more staff

I've gotten demotivated and turned more and more inactive. If I turn inactive then there'll only be 1, possibly 2 active staff. I am counting these out of the staff members who were added to moderate the server, this means I am not counting with the Epicquestz team.
I've noticed when I am online, that some people tend to stay a bit longer online. Is it because I give a tiny sense of humor into the chat? Or just keeping it a tiny bit more organized, idk. But having staff online usually makes the server a tiny bit more fun to play on. I know I would stay awhile longer if I had somebody to talk too. Or perhaps plan events with.

Adding a staff isn't a hard choice. Pick someone who is activate and motivated and trusted. The whole "being mature" and "moderating the correct way" part, are things you learn by time and critic.

I put this on discussions cause I wanted to see opinions. So rather no troll posts (Looking at you Riko).

I agree, it's become a running joke now that you're more likely to see flying pigs than two active staff on the server at one time. I was about to say Leo should be staff but I remembered that he's Pre-Mod. :P
I guess we do need more active staff, but every candidate has individual flaws. Plus, you guys (the staff) decide, not us.
 
I am not sure, EmpireWar does need more staff but apart from the new pre mods we have there is no one else who I would say is "Mature" enough to have the roll of safe guarding the server. But then again spam and hacking is getting to a whole new level of intolarence towards the server and its people. My awnser to this point is I am not sure, it is a good idea but to be fare scince I last checked (about a week ago due to my wifi atm) There was not one mature person online also some guy was going on about how he made a penis out of constructor wood and I was like, "Do we really need to know?" But that is going off topic, I suggest you discuss this with the rest of the staff as you don't want to risk the servers "enrichment" with some total prick who will end up destroying the network. This is my point, please do not be harsh about my opinion but I honestly dont think anyone is up for the task unless they truly feel otherwise or have hands on experience. LEave it up to you guys is what I say.
 
I agree on this matter, that there should be at least 1 more pre-mod. That is mature, active and reliable of course. Because usually whenever I do come online. There is always one person that is either: Spamming, being rude or being immature towards others. Quite simply i report them if it goes too far, but I wish there was "chat moderators" . They won't have a massive deal to put up with hackers etc. But their main job would be to control chat which is issues to people sometimes. I'm not saying all the time, but I see it mostly at least once a day.

Maturity is also important, but only when it's needed. :3
Personally, I'd say Cookie is the best option, active, mature, respected by the player base, well-known. I know staff picks who becomes staff, but give me a reason why he isn't a good candidate?

I agree that there should be more staff. And staff that would be on when the majority aren't. When it's night over in Europe, there are still people playing on the server, and usually there aren't any staff on whatsoever.
