((Understandable, Mile.))
The two Lannister ships unlike the Redwyne's were larger. Lannisters may have one of the tiniest fleets but they made up for it in quality. And now with the rally from the Sea Lion and Golden Hammer followed others; Sunset Conqueror, a bulky yet small ship made for defending Lannisport from Ironborn longships many years ago; Loreon the Brave, in honor of the King who Knelt this was but a longship and small yet fast; the twins built after Jason and Tyland's births, Vhagar and Meraxes, named after the smaller of Aegon the Conqueror's serpents.
Each ship hurtled forward ahead of the Sea Lion and Golden Hammer to work as defense-measures in order to force off other Redwyne vessels.
Lord Payne's men and him followed the Ironmen toward Faircastle, bringing the ladders. But they were few compared to those who stayed behind. Most of the Lannister ground forces began taking prisoners of war from the three enemy vassals (who would be captured? Lords? Sons? Daughters idk? Etc?)) while others picked those who could be carried back to the ships for healing. Those who were beyond medicine's aid were comforted and their screams rang about the shores of Fair Isle scarring pelicans off the beach and into a mewling fury.
Lord Barry's victory in spite of the losses motivated the soldiers as they took spoils of war and continued onwards to pillage Lord Crakehall's fields, holdfasts and villages.
The Rock stood proud against it's enemies. Tybolt sent out Lord Jeyne along with groups of infantry to defend Lannisport which lay beneath the massive mountain. The city-guard of Lannisport would be roused along with levies in the golden city to defend it from the rebels. Lord Larry and Ser Lambert's sons, Roger and Reynard would support in this defense although one was sixteen and the other thirteen. The last son, Raymond was sent by a galley to Casterly Rock in hopes of keeping safe in the bowels of the fortress. Him being of six years. With him came the only daughter of Lambert Lannister, a maiden of ten and four. The City-Watch of Lannisport had no fair number of men as the organisation continually gained and lost members however none could doubt that they were better trained men than the gold-cloaks of Kings Landing or the city-watch of Old Town. The Lion's Mouth was shut and barred, the portcullis locked and gate shut. The causeway up was deserted. The remaining lords: Algood, Banefort, Estren, Kenning, Lorch, Lydden, Prester and Serret were all positioned with their household bannermen and swords along the deep bowels of the Rock. Algood and Banefort with Estren defending the ship-bay. Kenning, Prester and Serret holding the Lion-gate, a minor peasant gate small but used well facing Lannisport. It was at ground level along the Rock although being a small gate it was guarded well with crennelations and arrow slits.
Lorch and Lydden along with Tybolt held the Lion's Mouth, the main entry way to the Rock poised to strike.
