what do you mean
basically, dont post multiple things in a row m8 xd. thats triple posting. two posts is a double post, and so on. and ye, being admin is pretty much impossible unless u no da owner irl. mod is kinda possible, pre-mod too, but dont count on getting those anytime soon.
You aren't supposed to double post, and triple posting is even worse. Next time, wait for someone else to post then post your idea or just click the edit button below your current post, so you can edit in another question instead of spamming the thread.

In order to be a real admin and not just have the tag for cosmetics, you need to know how the server works completely and know sjoerdtim's perfered method of coding in bukkit skript. along with being trust worthy and all the other things staff members have/do. I wrote a pretty good post about how to be a staff on some supposed applicants thread to be mod. I copy it here:
"First off. in order to become mod you must be unique to the server. like arak and his catness or mr cookie and his derpyness.
second off people need to suggest you in the god-forbid server needs more staff threads, you then must say that your offended that they would suggest such a thing as its up to sjoerdtim (or something along those lines).
third you gotta get seen on a top list when sjoerdtim checks to make sure his lazyness made him not number one on the list so he can edit the config file to display him at the top, like on /topkills for example.
fourth you gotta dedicate your soul to EW, 3000+ posts is a decent amount on forums, spend all day everyday of summers on EW, then still spend a decent amount during winters. Should be getting like 12 hours a day during summer, at least 3 during winter. having a donor rank helps to, but make sure its not king or sage as that makes him think your a spoiled brat somehow, so legend or veteran is probably best.
fifth you gotta be a casual hacker catcher (maybe 1 per 2 weeks).
sixth you gotta always take sjoerdtims side in a non-fanboy way, and never ever post on suggestion threads or make them.
eighth you need to build stuff on build and then give sjoerdtim all the credit by going to his afk corner and telling him that the build he just built is awesome (even though u built it).
ninth remember that all this must have the feeling of you really doing it out of the kindness of your heart.
and even then you still might not get staff. btw making this thread makes staff not take you serious as they do not like applications."
this is just what I have observed from how sjoerdtim/staff picks other people to be staff, this information may or may not be correct as there is no way to prove it incorrect or correct currently.
and that's the end of my post on the applicants thread.
Conclusion: Its basically impossible to be a real admin.
Side notes:
Making this thread lowers your chances by ALOT, last point applies to this.
Using full words and sentences with good grammar and following the rules is probably another good idea, it gives out the message that you mean business.
My first impression when reading this is that you are an immature person who wants to be admin on this new lotr server he found so he can brag about his rank to his friends, possibly abuse powers but that is stretching it. Overall not someone any competent Minecraft Server Owner would want on his staff team any time soon.
Learning java and C++ would not be bad ideas either, as knowing them would allow you to create custom plugins for sjoerdtim, but then again if you know those languages you can get a job so why waste your time using those skills on a mc server?.

Um let me find out...
On the original post its the same, I think I deleted it cuz it was alike to another one of my points and forgot to shift all the numbers.
All but third (near top for deaths), fourth (didn't have much before mod), fifth (fun fact, I didn't report a single time before becoming mod), and eight (I wasn't on build until I was staff).
Andrew's right though: If you're a good builder, your chances of becoming mod are actually higher :3 Example: Only_Gud.
