VENTURES INTO THE REMOTE (RP)

Vana watched her sister and their companion leave and turned back to Orome and to his smirk.
She would summon her Vala blade, holding it tightly, knowing that she couldn't bring it down on him.
"Orome, please, I don't want to fight you. I know you are angry and hurt. I feel like it is mainly because of me, I left you, at the moment you needed me the most, I turned my back on you and ignored you when you tried to warn me, when you tried to help me see.." She would pause as a tear rolled down her cheek,
"I was too centered around my own grief, I blamed you for the death of our Nielqui, our sweet daughter..." She would wheep.
"Even though you tried to save her and I didn't. Orome, i am so sorry, for everything" She would say and drop her blade.
"I just want us to go back, before it all happened, before Manwe and Morgoth ruined everything." she would say, sobbing.
"I don't want to fight you"

[rule]

Iver stretched his wings wings and got up "took them long enough" He replied to Orome with a smirk on his face. He took a deep breath and released a terrible screech, it was show time.

"Arandil, please I know this is bad, but you have to understand that this was Miriel's doing. Half of us, we don't even want this but she said if we didn't wipe out Gondor here and now they would come after us. I'm sorry okay, I really am, but I don't know what I can do to help fix thi-" Dina's pleas were interrupted as the crowd ahead of them screamed and Arandil watched a wall of ice spikes rise up into a platoon of soldiers who were helping the civilians flee. One man was pierced straight through his groin and the spike came out of his mouth, dropping his sword. A man carrying a bleeding child fell over and was trampled as the crowd surged back in fear, crushing him and the boy. Their horse panicked and dropped them again before being grabbed ahold by another civilian and ridden off. Dina was separated from him and he heard he cries through the masses as more ice sprung forth from the outermost township until the walls of Minas Tirith, a wall of crystal blue snow forming over the bodies of his countrymen.

---------------------------------------

"Sigeric? Are you listening? Can you understand me?" Thoughts filtered into the Guardian Shifter's mind and a whole slew of thoughts flew through him everything from panicked folks to shouting soldiers and dying wishes. Sigeric was bombarded by so many thoughts that he was left speechless. It was as if his powers returned to him magnified and it blinded him for a moment.

"Get Berethor up. We're leaving." Miriel ordered Mirecyla, "I'll take care of him." She glared at the Warrior then stepped to the edges of the building and without another word she leaped off, biting down on her wrist and drawing blood.

WHOOOSH.

The Savage Giant landed in a crouched position to the Warrior's left and began to rise up.

Meanwhile, Cardiloc noticed the transformation from behind and saw the eleven ten-meter giants pause. Then another transformation occurred in front of Card, behind all the smaller giants. A large one towering at 17-meters slowly stood up. It was the Screaming Giant. This...was bad.

-----------------------------------

Daugo and the others were led to the auxiliary supply station which sat on the northern outskirts of Armen. They found a weapons cache and a number of rangers in reserve. About half of the fifth squadron was missing, presumedly wiped out including the Captain.

Under Dimitri and Helvion's guidance, Tamara was ordered to transform and a number of undertakings were made. The girl was quite unsure of what would happen with her giant like this but apparently, Helvion would be taking command as their regiment's most accurate marksman. Once the other rangers were ready they headed out to the battle at the pavilion, led by the Dwarf Giant.

Daugo, on the other hand, was given a choice. He could take a horse (a pony was unavailable) and attempt to skirt the pavilion and make his way south of Armen and towards the Rammas Echor where the Leviathan was approaching or he could be taken up in an air balloon with Galador. The latter option would have frightened him before due to his fear of vertigo but after many transformations as the Behemoth, being above the world was no longer so scary. What would he choose? The safer slower option or the riskier faster one?

----------------------------------

"AAAAAAGGGHHHHHHH!!"

The Savage screamed at the Warrior detracting his attention from the newly approaching giants who she dismissed without issue. They didn't matter. Tytus and Equas and whoever the hell was that hairy beast on the floor. None of them mattered. Only him. "Ha'zi!" She screamed inside her giant and it bellowed another roar at him.

Mirecyla felt the building shake and quake. Was that the Leviathan or something else?

------------------------------------

Iver passed over Ithilien in a heartbeat and was nearly at the Anduin when he spotted a number of things. Firstly the decimation of multiple Gondorian settlements, specifically the closest which seemed to be a port. He saw a large giant nearby but it wasn't the Behemoth, unfortunately. Its nape was exposed to him but it kept walking east towards the other site of the destruction, leaving a trail of scorched earth.

His echolocation and piercing eyes allowed him to pick-up a number of shifters, nearly as many as he had seen in Morgoth's dungeons. It appeared Sauron's distraction was them. He needed to find the specific ones though and a hotspot of them drew him closer. They were clunked up around some sort of staging area in the central settlement on the Pelennor. Too many shifters for him to discern who was who but before he could get closer something else caught his eye. Far to the north-east, something was coming. Some sort of beast. He couldn't make out what exactly it was but it was larger than him and nearly as big as Izrandor. It was heading directly for the Pelennor.

-------------------------------------

Sigeric's command finally clicked inside Thoruk's head and he felt the urgency to battle the Leviathan and capture its shifter even though he was desperate to slay the Armoured that desire was overwhelmed by the Dalishman's words. As he turned to do so, a number of giant transformations rung out beneath him but he was too focused on the Leviathan to pay attention. It slowly rumbled its way towards them, one massive step after another, fire streaming off its glowing body. Something seemed off. It appeared larger than the one they fought in Mordor. Hadn't Marco taken it but he had never witnessed him use it and Marco would never do such things. Marco would've killed himself before being used by the enemy so that means...

They killed Marco.

And whoever's in that things' nape...must be the one who murdered and stole the Leviathan from him. Those facking bastards.

Pfftt. Click.

WHA-BOOOM.

Thoruk did not know what happened. All that he did know was that his underside was burning and his right leg was missing. Oh and he was falling.

Raimen pulled another fire-arrow out of his quiver and began priming it. He would take down this flying fool for his family.

---------------------------------

Aule raised the earth up to spit Morgoth out as his Maia surrounded the base of the pit with Againor ready to shackle their foe when nothing but dirt arose.

"Pathetic."

"Be vigilant! He is far more dangerous than we anticipated!" Aule said and they surveyed the room with haste.

"Did you truly believe you could march into my domain and apprehend me without my consent? Do you really think that you could even dare to exist without my consent? It is by my will that you live." His voice was condescending incarnate. The tone was like that of an adult speaking to a toddler.

"You are depraved Morgoth. We shall cure you! Come now and unburden yourself and there is no need for violence." Aule said in a retort with a tone of rationality.

"I no longer will you to live." And with that the eight smiths surrounding the pit convulsed in pain and their bodies lit with flame and melted, their spirits combusting internally leaving behind an empty shell.

Morgoth's form in battle armor fresher than before appeared atop a mountain of their corpses as he gripped Againor and placed it by beside Gurthang which lay in his sheath. The Dark Lord made no effort to arm himself. He was already a powerhouse.

"Nessa, steal back Againor and shackle his feet. Aule whispered to her before shouting, "Now!"

The ceiling above Morgoth shattered as a battle-cry spewed forth and Gandalf the White blinded the Dark Lord with the Phial of Galadriel. A large eagle burst through the roof and dashed for him whilst Aule and the followers of Illuvatar charged, drawing their blades for battle.

------------------------------------

The Trickster sighed lightly and his expression softened.

"I know when you're lying and I know I don't have to ask if what you say is the truth." He lowered the sword and sheathed it. "I do not want to fight you. Vana." He extended his hand to her. "Come. Come to me."

Daugo weighed the risks of flying against the advantages that it provided, and realized that, if everything went to plan, it would be worth it. The worst that could happen, he thought, with a pang of guilt, would be for Galador to die. He tried to make himself call him Dead Man #2, but it left a foul taste in his mind. And yet... everything about this was foul. Such was the nature of war.

"I-I'll take the hot air balloon," he told Dead Man #2. "I've something in mind--how close do you think we could get to the Leviathan?"

Before he could receive a respond by Ha’zi a new voice entered his mind, it sounded familiar, where had he heard it from? Then suddenly as if he was swept under by a tidal wave a number of voices and images flooded his mind, he staggered backwards as they attacked him without mercy it seemed, he vaguely heard roses and the sounds of transformation blasts in the background but all he could do was watch in awe and terror at the torrent of memories came to him. He needed to gain control, and fast, he thought to himself urging himself to hurry up and gain control of his powers

Mirecyla smiled as Miriel gave her, her order just as she jumped and transformed to engage Ha’zi, she noticed the Guardian standing idly by and her grin deepened, cackling like a devil child she walked backwards before sprinting toward the end of the room and jumping in the direction of him, biting down on her tongue and letting out a battle cry as her transformation took place “AAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRREAAAAAAAAAAGGGGGGGHHHHH!”

Tamara would follow Arcturus who, to her surprise, accepted her bid to help and nodded, giving a final gimpse towards Daugo before stepping towards Dimitris giant. "Alright"she'd say, holding onto the giant skin with both arms.

"Your words will not be forgotten Telimehktar..." she'd mumble as she prepared mentally for a hard battle as it seemed. [/]

--------------

WOOOOSH the lightning came down onto the armored giant, toppling backwards.

Thoruk would watch it with a little smile appearing before he heard a loud noise behind him.

"Yet another enemy?" he'd ask before looking at it for a few moments... "Ha'zi! You're-" his words were cut short as he was hit by some sort of fire arrow, burning down his whole foot. "You little bastards...." he'd yell out, turning towards the horde of giants appearing and the biggest of all of them.

"Hm, fine then, we'll have it your way" he'd say with a smile appearing on his face, the pain giving him the feeling to still be alive.

"My last hours are far from over yet, but you just sealed yours..."he'd say, letting out a madman laugh.

Thoruk would try and bring himself a bit away from the innocents beneath him before biting down onto his tongue.

"For my family and my honor." he'd mumble, transforming.

After he had done so he would stomp onto the ground, looking towards the leviathan, then looking up into the sky calling upon a thunderstorm. "Is this all power you had?" he'd think, talking to the stone. "Lend me some more and show me your true potential!" he'd yell in his thoughts. "For these are my final hours, I call upon your powers to help me fullfill my duties!" he'd say, trying to get more power to strike all of those giants down and once.

Cardiloc watched as the screaming giant appeared in front of him.

WHOOOSH.

Then another giant appeared behind Card facing off against the warrior giant; Miriel. Cardiloc felt an urge to charge at her from behind and end the psychotic bitch who had murdered his sister and had almost killed his best friend. Yet he overcame this, he needed to do what Sigeric had asked.

He needed to deal with Tytus and those other giants. A snarl formed on the gorilla lions lips as he paced around. It’s eyes fixated on the screaming giant.

Dimitri silently marched onwards, wary of what may happen. This was an important fight, the ability to rip the heart of the Giants would be an excellent thing for everyone in Middle-Earth. But he couldn't allow it to cost him his own life, or more importantly, Tamara. If she died, he would fail one of the last things that mattered in his life.

''Dina!'' He screamed, trying to find her amidst the fleeing crowds of people. He began pushing his way through to find her, passing by the corpses of his kinsmen who had been trampled and crushed. ''They truly are murderers, they truly are worse than the Dark Lords. What could possibly be worth all this death and destruction?Tsk. Eru help me, for I only wish to find my love and escape. Pity my poor soul almighty.'' Then suddenly he saw the wall rise up around . He knew not who or what was doing it. But no matter what this was, he was determined to find Dina, to escape wither her.

But he grew increasingly worried. He feared that her own family would bring upon her demise. Something he would try to stop with every ounce of energy left in him. But chaos grew, and there seemed to be no salvation in sight.

"Nice for you to join us, mind helping me take on Miriel and the Armored or do you want to go help Thoruk with the Leviathan?"

Ha'zi blinked, the sky finally visible after that period underground. And, lo and behold, there was Miriel. The Savage. "Not much of a choice right now, Sig," he thought back. "Wait.. Did you say Thoruk? How...?" Ha'zi shook his head. "Whatever; as long as he's got Marco under control, then we'll be good. I might give an assist with that after I handle... you-know-who."

After cutting off his conversation, he shifted his attention to the conflict before him. He had to think of her weaknesses, her counters. Miriel was fast, for sure, and could pack a punch along with slash and stab. Yet, she didn't have the greatest of protection this was completely unintentional phrasing btw. His own defense would take up too much energy- he only knew constructs and Dimitri's metal mimicry. The longer she was active, the more damage she coule do, too. So how about...

He linked his powers to the Elemental and the Behemoth, his current primary emotion of fury fueling both connections. Taking the opportunity to use the already powerful storm above for his benefit, swift blasts of plasma were called down, aiming for the nape of the Savage, a low-powered mental radar activated to aim at the shifter as precisely as possible. Battering winds also supplied the attack, beating against her viciously from all sides to try and keep her in place.
Meanwhile, his body became alight, and he focused a wave of scalding steam at the lower part of her Giant to take out her mobility.

He showed nor felt any remorse for the woman as he unleashed his battery- Why feel anything for the one that took innocent lives with a smile on her face?

Iver screeched in anger, he needed to get closer but then he would lose his element of surprise. "What was that thing?" He asked himself, looking at the giant beast. well it wasn't one of the shifters, or was it?
Iver remembered how small and weak he was before morgoth and orome took care of him, made him stronger, better.
Maybe it was daugo? Maybe he found a patron? Maybe one of the other valar decided to use them as a shield? Maybe that's what Dimitri did in valinor.
Iver decided to check it while the Giants brawl, flying closer to it.

[rule]
Vana wept in relief, it was still orome, not the trickster. "I missed you so much" she would say and drop her blade, leaping forward, ready to embrace him.

Nessa’ eyes flickered with rage as Morgoth re-appeared.

She eyed him closely as her brother and the Dark Lord argued back and forth. As he donned his battle armour Nessa withdrew two knives holding them ready.

‘Nessa, steal back Againor and shackle his feet.’ Her brother whispered to her, Nessa sheathed her blades and prepared to make her move, signalling for her maiar to follow her.

“NOW!” Her brother shouted.

“FOR TULKAS!!!” She cried out as she charged towards Morgoth at hyper speed sliding beside the Dark Lord swiftly reaching for and grabbing Againor with her left hand; ripping it from Morgoths grasp and tying it around his legs with immense speed, before tightening the chain.

Daugo heard the cries of giants along with multiple transformations occurring. As their balloon rose into the sky above Armen he glimpsed the pavillion and his allies. He could see Dimitri and Tamara along with the rangers moving into position behind a slew of giants. It seemed they had all come. It was beginning to look like Mordor all over again except-

"-as close as we need to. All we need is the flame and we have enough fuel as it is." Galador was saying but Daugo lost track of his words as he saw it. Above the festival, something was coming. Something huge. Was that...

---

The beast in the clouds? His mind revealed the memories of Andreth and dragons from the first age.

----

It was flying towards them but suddenly re-directed towards the north-east. It was so dark that he barely made it out but the shape and size were enough to give it away.

-------------------

The Flying Giant soared over the Pelennor and realized what it was seeing. That worm from the Orocarni. It was converging on the festival. It had nearly reached the Rammas Echor. He saw the soldiers guarding the walls spread too thin to actually deal with it and those that were nearest fled in terror, abandoning their posts in the face of such a beast. The were wyrm was coming. Yet who's side was it on?

---------------------

Someone grabbed ahold of Arandil's scuff and pulled him up and through the crowd. "Come on, we have to get out of here!" Dina's voice made him recognize that it was she who had found him. She dragged him towards the townships since the northern route had been sealed off by a barricade of ice. Their only option was through the townships and that meant...going closer to the giants.

--------------------

Sigeric's mind cleared and he was able to see through the haze of madness just in time to see that bitch from Mordor charging him again.

Mirecyla's Executioner strode on all fours towards the Guardian as it finally came to. Behind her, the Armoured was waking, slowly rising up but she was too focused on the foe before her.

The Savage, in turn, rushed towards Ha'zi with speed, its fists crystalizing yet much to Miriel's surprise she was hit by drafts which she powered through with her sheer will, however, that was not enough as flaming bolts soared down from the heavens above and struck her Giants' flank just missing her nape. But she kept moving forward even as her giant slowed from the wounds until a blast of heat scalded her legs and she fell crashing to the floor just within reach of the Warrior. She looked up and Ha'zi saw a mixture of emotions in her eyes. Whether it was terror or guilt or misguided love he could not tell? But she reached a hand out to him, palm outstretched as if surrendering.

"Ha'zi," Miriel spat angrily within the nape of her giant, "So that's why you're so special. That's why Master wanted you." She sighed, "That's why he wanted...Why I have to do this." Her words did not reach him but her thoughts did. Ha'zi was able to read her mind then and there.

"Wait."

The Screaming Giant called aloud, his voice booming enough to draw even Mirecyla's attention.

"We do not wish to fight you. Please. Hear me out. Where is Sigeric? This is Miriel's doing. I shall be the one to punish her for these atrocities. Forgive us and accept our aid. Equas stop Berethor and Mirecyla."

And at that command, Cardiloc saw six of the ten-meter giants rushed in his direction but rather turning towards the Armoured and Executioner who were facing off against Sigeric. However, this couldn't mean he could trust them? Could it? This was a ruse! Another filthy plot by these bloody fuckers! Just like Miriel tricked Ha'zi and killed his sister! They were dumb enough to think they could pull the same stunt on him! Ha fucking prototype ingrates! He would show them! Or so Cardiloc's thoughts were influenced by Sigeric's command. He was devoted to fighting the Screaming and Mimic and so he would until the bitter end. As such was the power of the Guardian.

And then-BOOOOM.

The Elemental Giant hit the pavilion with such force that a wave of dust rose. It had just so happened to fall directly in the path of the Mimic's, blocking them from reaching the Guardian. And the Elemental's body coursed with power, electricity surging through it whilst the clouds above whisked about creating a hurricane of power that fed directly into it. The Silmaril surged its power into Thoruk to the extent that the Dwarf was on the verge of bodily failure. He was full of power and he could feel it, in the wind, in the earth, in the river Anduin and even in the blood of the giants around him. He was all-powerful. Ultimate. Yet his eyes were focused on only one thing-

The Leviathan.

----------------------

It was halfway towards the Rammas Echor now. Numerous regiments of Gondorians from Osgiliath and the capital had tried to halt its advance but to no avail. Not even the ballista or catapults could stop it. A rock flung from a trebuchet smacked its shin but it refused to stop. Whoever was driving it had a will of steel.

--------------------

Then to complicate matters further.

"Release," Helvion whispered to himself.

BOOOOM.

Something flying faster than any of them could register passed through the Executioner's skull and out of it leaving a sizeable hole where its brain would be. Blood and other liquids splurged out as its body came to a standstill and flopped, dying mid-charge. Mirecyla could not even comprehend what had happened. She was rushing the Guardian and the next second she was not. She could still see but she couldn't move properly and all she viewed was dirt.

From the north-western quadrant of the pavilion, atop one of the larger buildings, stood the Serpent Giant. It was wearing some sort of saddle and on its back was an unnaturally shaped siegecraft. A cylindrical weapon that fumed with smoke. "Load another. This one's for the Savage." Helvion called to one of the eight men manning the ungodly machine. They hefted a rock shaped like a ball up to the muzzle of the weapon and pushed it through.

On the opposite side of the battlefield, in the street behind the Screamer, the Dwarf Giant along with nearly fifty rangers flanking him appeared. It was Dimitri's turn to sway the battle. His turn to lead. And there before him was that ugly bastard who couldn't keep his trap shut.

--------------------------

In slowed-time Nessa witnessed Morgoth raise his fist and grip ahold of the eagle then bring it down just as she was able to reach him and pluck Againor from his hand. She was about to hook its end around his right foot when he smashed the eagle into the earth causing a shockwave to push her and all her allies back. In a feat of strength, Morgoth laughed at them but then paused. He turned to notice the missing chains and his eyes fell upon Nessa who had been knocked back. She glimpsed his horrible orange eyes, fiery with malice and terror and was stunned to find herself shivering in fear.

With that distraction, Aule summoned walls of earth and iron around him, encasing Morgoth within a prison for a millisecond before he shattered through it without breaking even the lightest of sweats and reached out for Nessa, aiming to grab ahold of her.

-----------------------------

And she was embraced. No blade was drawn. No betrayal. He took her in his arms and held her tightly.

"I knew you would understand." The Trickster whispered as he cradled her head against his chest.

In the background, Vana heard the sounds of battle heighten but she was too caught up in the moment to care.

As Card listened to Tytus, a thousand thoughts flooded through his mind. Could he really trust Tytus after all that; yet Endo had told him that Miriel was the root of all this evil. If Tytus was dedicated to stopping... no, he couldn’t be trusted. He had to fulfil out Sigerics commands. Cardiloc roared at the screaming giant.

Before charging at him full pelt aiming to tackle that son of a bitch to the ground.
[rule]

Nessa watched the events unfold in quick succession, how was he so strong. They had come too late; no, that wasn’t possible.

As Morgoth broke away from his bonds and reached out for Nessa. The valar threw the chain at Morgoth trying to wrap it around his arm and then attempted to throw him into the walls of the throne room, keeping a tight grip on the chain.

Arandil had stopped as he was pondering and fearing the dangers and risks of their choice. He knew not if it was the best way to get near a total fuckfest that could possibly end with them getting squashed like ants. But if he were to do nothing and wait, he'd get slaughtered like a sheep, awaiting it's death inside it's own little pen. All of them were cattle, and their foes were the butchers.

''To finally reach freedom, must we first go through fire and smoke?Death and ruin?Chaos and disorder? Is there no other way to reach safety? Is the only option for us to get close to a clash of Titans? How much more must we endure until we can finally be free?'' He thought to himself as countless possibilities and outcomes raced through his mind as they approached the brawl of the giants.

''Perhaps freedom is worth even the worst of pains and hardships a man can endure. But if we escape the Rammas Echor, if we escape the kingdom, will we truly be free? Will we truly be safe?'' But in a blink of an eye he made up his mind. He would not sit there and stand idle until he would be butchered. He began to follow Dina again, and through the townships they would go.

He made one final prayer to Eru, but he knew that all of them were forsaken by the all maker by this point. No Valar or Maiar could save the innocent, or defeat the evil. Eru had abandoned his own children, he left them all to perish or meet their fate. His prayers were falling on deaf ears. There were no Gods on those fields, it was just them and the scum that wished to annihilate an entire race of men. May the all rot in Utumno, may they all suffer until their last breath.

'A fine shot.' Dimitri thought. "Focus fire on any hostile giant you see. Make every shot count. And do not be scared to retreat if needed. I go below and assault from below. And try not to hit me." he ordered. Giving them some space, Dimitri burrowed underneath the ground, heading towards the Screamer, but would appear from below, attempting to bite the Screamer's legs in half, right at the knee.

Mirecyla was lunging forward towards the Guardian, the ground cracking and erupting as each claw and foot dig deep and propelled herself for her target, her hair whipped wildly behind her as a near purple tongue lolled at the side of her mouth, snagging on her teeth. He was just standing there, the easiest target ever, this kill would be swift and easy she thought to herself before suddenly her vision went black for just a second and she felt herself falling, her vision returned just in time as she crashed into the dirt, what the hell?

Sigeric gasped as his senses for the most part returned to him, he felt sluggish but he still had a good understanding of what was going on, the Executioner had been felled by one of the weapons he and the scientists had worked nights on designing, Berethor was starting to rise, Thoruk had transformed, Ha’zi had engaged Miriel, and the Mimic was about to seemingly attack Thoruk. Sigeric looked to Tytus and wondered, could he be telling the truth? But then he remembered Aragorn and growled they had come and ruined everything, killing hundreds, they would pay...

”Thoruk defend yourself, take no prisoners, then strike down the Leviathan, make sure he doesn’t survive”

”Cardiloc kill Tytus” he ordered the Hybrid before moving to Tytus ”Don’t bother defending yourself.” He ordered

Once more he turned back to Berethor, that bastard... ”Tamara. Move near the Armored Giant, don’t engage.” He ordered before turning to the monster himself, extending giants hand he clenched his fist before screaming as loud and as powerful as he could ”BERETHOR, END YOURSELF” he roared

Mirecyla would be urging herself to heal whenever suddenly she heard a deep and commanding voice order Berethor to kill himself, was it possible? It had to be the Guardian who ordered it, she felt the vibrations. Damn him! YOU WON’T KILL HIM DAMN YOU! She yelled before letting her power explode out and directly towards Sigeric, targeting his heart and brain, trying to put herself inside his brain while also attempting to drive his heart to the point it stops beating

As Thoruk hit the ground he would slowly stand up as the dust dissapeared he'd pull up his eyes, looking towards the Leviathan and the mimic who seemed to be in his way...

Suddenly, he'd feel his whole body allmost exploding due to the overwhelming power and feeling himself almost getting unconcious. "Now this is what I expected..." he'd say looking at his hand driving lava up from underneath the earth, exactly beneath the leviathan.

"None shall survive this, as I am your final judge!" he'd say in his giant nape, preparing a large aura of lightnings around him and pulling the mimic into the ground using his earth and his wind powers.

He would call upon rain as he did so and a rather slow earthquake all around him and the enemies giants who seemed to approach further. A earthquake that wouldn't kill someone but stop them from moving to fast, buying time for the others and stopping the leviathan long enaugh so the lava beneath him could do it's job.

His giant let out a earraping scream as he called upon the earthquake, turning his head wildly, looking out for anyone who dared to approach him to struck him down with a barage of lightnings .

--------------

Tamara would follow the orders although... the more she saw, the less she wanted to fight... So much destruction.. so many dead people... for a few seconds everything around her was quiet and the only thing she saw was a mountain of dead bodys all around the place.. in the middle of them.... lay the king of gondor...

As sad as this moment was and as confused as she was, she snapped out of it as a loud BOOOM sounded behind them on the battle field and a giant rose out of some dirt, appearing to have lightnings flowing through his body... just what were those giants? What was she?

All of these deaths... all was caused by the likes of them... and for what cause? A cause none knew about...

"Why..." she'd mumble as the rode along, not realy prepared to cause more pain and kill even more people... yet if necessary, she would protect her newly gained friends, even at the cost of her life.

His face remains impassive, however a hand is offered back. Little insinuations trickle into Miriel's conscious: Oh, he was so gullible- this was almost too easy! I suppose I really have a hold on him. There's no way he would go as far as-

He shifted his outstretched hand, turning upright, so that the flat of the palm was directly facing her. "Miriel,"  a familiar voice spoke. "You will not be doing anything." Then, he sprayed- a torrent of flames and steam shot out, the hottest he could muster, going to completely douse her in scorching heat.

"There are far more important forces at play- Morgoth, Manwe, the Void, our little Beren. It's time that I finally cut away the one soul who impedes me, and my actual family the most, so that I can turn my attention to those actual threats."

The ground buckled,
split apart, and widened open beneath the Savage, sluggish cracks and breaks soon becoming fissures and gaping holes. One by one, the remaining earth would slip away… until it was only a freefall down the largest and deepest hole he could create without sapping most of his energy. And just for extra measures, the wind continued to shell down, working to keep her from sprinting away.

"Although the current circumstance may make it seem void, I do wish to thank you. Because of you, I now have a family- a present family, of course, but also a literal one, who I intend to find once this is over. One that, unfortunately, won't include you. Sorry, love."

"Just like you, I do this for my family."

"Goodbye, Miriel."

He let her fall for a few seconds then, with a snap, forced the earth to close.

"Goodbye, bitch," he spat.

"What the fuck is that guy doing here?" Iver asked himself. Sadly, Vlad was not there to answer him back, Morgoth cured his head and Iver never heard from him again.
He needed to know if this worm would force him to change his plans and so, he flew closer. "Who do you serve worm?" would screech once close enough for the worm to hear him.

[rule]

Vana wept as Orome embraced her. "I-i thought i would never be with you again" She would say and add "I missed you so much"

The longworm ignored him and plowed through the northern portion of the Rammas Echor, breaching the walls.

Whether or not it heard him it seemed too fixated on the crowds of thousands within the festival.

--------------

"Understood!" Arcturus nodded as Dimitri burrowed into the depths and the rangers continued their advance towards the Screamer.

As Dimitri dug his way to the big lug, Cardiloc charged full-frontal assault directly at him passing multiple Mimics.

"Puh-please. Wait. We mean you no harm. I-I will not fi-fight."

"Ty?" Equas asked himself as he looked at the situation confused and desperate. Miriel was being battered, Mirecy had been hit by some rock, and Berethor-

The Armoured turned to look at Sigeric then proceeded to violently bash its head against the nearest building. Mirecyla could hear the sounds of cracking armor behind her. Her fear flew into the Guardian and directly into the Shifter, paralyzing him.

Sigeric's throat tightened. He couldn't move and his mind began to see things...oh no...no not again...he envisioned Mandos' prophecy of Morgoth slaying him before the gates of Minas Tirith and begin to relive it. His heart rate accelerating to an alarming rate.

"Why is Berethor...breaking himself?" Equas' eyes teared. He could only watch as the Armoured smashed its face until an eyeball popped out and then proceeded to rip and tear at it. "Why are they..." He turned back to see the Hybrid and a group of rangers surround Tytus. "We only wanted to help..."

Unfortunately, Sigeric was unable to hear his pleas but someone else did.

"Ugh," Miriel grunted as her giant was hit by steaming flames that seared its skin as she desperately crawled forward on her right arm whilst trying to reach out to him with her left. "Ha'zi you idiot!" She roared as he went into his apathetic monotone drone. "Fuckin-" The ground opened up and swallowed her lower legs. "HA'ZI! YOU STUPID BASTARD!" But he did not listen he kept going on and on so she pushed forward and reached out for him. Family? She thought. Just shut up and listen to me!

Then the crevice spread and engulfed her completely, she held on by a thread, gripping the Warrior's foot. But he did not want to listen so she had to make him listen. It didn't matter if she died here but he needed to know. The nape to the Savage split open and Miriel burst out. She was hanging off the edge, her giant threatening to drop her into the abyss.

"HA'ZI!! She screamed, her voice cracking. "IF YOU WANT TO SAVE THEM! BEREN! LAUREL! THEN LISTEN TO ME FOR MORGOTH'S SAKE! I DID THIS SO I COULD SEE THEM AGAIN! YOU CAN KILL ME ALL YOU LIKE BUT PLEASE-FOR OUR CHILDREN-JUST LISTEN!!!" Her entire body quivered. She was right there. Right in his grasp. He could squash her like the bug she was if he wanted to. Yet her emerald eyes pleaded, not for her own life, but it seemed for the lives of two others.

---

"If you want to save them. Beren. Laurel. Then you must keep moving forward."

---

The Warrior Giant's memories returned to him after his capture in Mordor. Miriel and Mandos' words were one and the same.

--------------

"Targetting the Savage. She's hanging on by a whim. Let's sever her connection to the Warrior and send her straight into the pit." Helvion murmured. "Tamara, the firing angle is difficult to please lean off the side of the building so I can get a clean shot." As Helvion said this, a number of shouts erupted to his left. Two of their rangers had been felled? Another was being pulled into a wall? What in-
"Tamara! Behind us!"

-------------

"Arandil, we'll never be safe. But we can be happy together. Okay." Dina told him as she pulled him towards the carnage, moving to try to skirt around Armen.

------------

"Why is no one listening?" Equas asked himself, standing there confused as to what to do. Suddenly, his clones nearest the Elemental were shocked, stunned, battered and two fell into chasms in the earth. "Why are they hurting us? I-" He turned to see Tytus backed against the buildings.

"I shall not fight back."

The earth around him burst and a giant hopped out and gripped onto his right leg, biting into the bone and cracking through it. The Screaming fell against the building.

"Tytus?!" Equas broke ranks and his remaining four giants rushed after his friend but they were passed by the Hybrid. "NO! STAY AWAY FROM TY!" Equas jumped and grabbed Cardiloc's foot, but the larger giant was stronger and dragged him along. A clone jumped on and pulled him then another and then the last until all four were holding him. But they weren't enough. He wasn't strong enough. "Damn you! You facking monsters!" Equas bit his tongue and eight more transformation blasts occurred, his four giants multiplying twice. Cardiloc was overwhelmed as a horde of a dozen ten-meter Mimics piled onto him. "I'm sorry!" Equas was crying at this point as he held onto the Hybrid's leg, hugging it similar to how a bear cub would hang to its mother.

"Alright, boys! The Screamer is down and we have a number of its buddies ahead! Let's give 'em a taste of the fire-spears!!" Arcturus yelled as they primed their charges and prepared to throw but then-

WHA-BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM.

The earth shook and rocked as the Leviathan came crashing down just outside the boundaries of the Rammas Echor. Its foot had melted away in a vat of lava that Thoruk had successfully summoned. It remained motionless.

The earth began to crackle across Armen and the Pelennor and a number of cracks and crevices appeared, an earthquake rumbling the entire area. The rangers fell over and a few fell into the deep holes. One building sunk into the ground while another topple onto the Guardian's back knocking him over. The cannon upon Tamara's rear reeled back and forth with the shaking and the Savage Giant's body rolled backward into the pit, its arm ripping from its socket. Ha'zi saw Miriel, her desperate face, her frightened green eyes. Everything seemed to slow for a moment.

-----------

"By Numenor," Galador whispered as he watched the horrors from above. The Leviathan seemed to have been felled but there were other dangers and Daugo spotted them. The flying beast, some sort of gargantuan lizard making its way towards his friends, and of course, Thoruk who had become a beacon of death and destruction. The dwarf was rumbling the entirety of Arda. Houses began to fall inside Minas Tirith and screaming, panicked folks that had been hiding within the safety of such shelters fled out into the streets where they were consumed by the earth or run amok in the savagery of the crowds. It was an absolute massacre on the ground. In fact...Daugo may have just saved Galador's life by taking the option of flight...

Thoruk was an even larger danger to Gondor than the prototypes....and he wasn't slowing down. He seemed to only be getting started.

------------

"Son of a bitch," Thule watched from afar. She flung her hand and a spiral of ice spread out, taking her up into the sky as she went after those murdering her family.

------------

Dimitri found himself on the unfortunate receiving end of Thoruk's power. His burrow expanded into a void-like chasm and his entire body lay hanging above it, the only things anchoring him to the surface being his jaws and claws embedded in the Screamer's leg. Around him, his entire organized assault was thrown apart and friendly-fire occurred all because of that mad Elemental. At this rate, they were all going to die. And to add salt to the wound it began to rain, downpour splashing Dimitri's Dwarf's eyes and blinding him.

---------

Thoruk felt all-powerful. All-mighty. He was a Vala. He was Durin Reborn. The Chosen Warrior of Mahal! Unstoppable! Indomitable! Inevitable!

The world crumbled around him and all he desired was more chaos. More destruction. More death.

-----------

Inside Morgoth's castle, the earth shook lightly with tremors yet none could notice that as Morgoth's arm was chained by Nessa. But as she attempted to pull him he gripped Againor and pulled in retort, throwing Nessa like a ragdoll into the pillars of his throne room, breaking several before coming to a halt as Aule smashed a hammer against the Dark Lord and flung him through the throne room, through multiple walls and finally out into the plains of Gorgoroth.

Yavanna and her followers arrived in time to supplement them. Nearly a hundred loyalists of Illuvatar had gathered.

"WE FINISH THIS NOW!" Aule proclaimed and took his wife's hand. They charged one another with power and the Aratar gleamed brightly as they destroyed the castle with a single smite, cleaving the obsidian building in half and separating the earth. Such was the force of their power that the separation continued for thousands of miles through Mt. Doom and into the eastern wastes.

--------------

"Shh," The Trickster hushed her and placed a finger to her lips, "Do you remember what I promised you in Valmar when you tried to kill me, several times?" He negated the last part.
