VENTURES INTO THE REMOTE (RP)

"It is fine." he assured putting away his weapons he was sharpening.
Zaro remained quiet for a moment after he was done disequiping his tools and then spoke up. "So what do you need?" Zaro asked readily.

With Mairon gone Pyrus would go to find his squad, heading over to there favorite location. A large tree right next to a small pond, an anvil was carved in the base of the tree where the six of them were loitering about. After a brief talk about how it went Pyrus would speak up. "Alright, let's go assemble the troops. Uasset and Élnim go North, Thalól and Naisón go east, Ruollat and Saenes go south, and I'll go west. Dont cause any trouble and meet at the fence. He would tell them, glaring at Ruollat about not causing trouble.

"I need to see my children, I need a woman, and I need to be safe and carefree, but you can provide none of those things," the hobbit said wistfully. "At the moment I needed some company, and you were the perfect victim," he added, leaving out the rest of the sentence: 'alone and with no friends, just superiors and subordinates'.

"So you can put up with my blabbing for awhile, or I can go elsewhere, your choice."

"I was not able to see my family, unfortunately. Our seat of power is in Redhaven, which is far from the city of Dale. I do worry how my home fared against the Easterling invasion. I heard that my brother, Sigurd, was killed during the siege of the capital." A wave of grief flowed through him. Sigeric knew that if he survived this, he would travel to his old home as soon as possible. His father and mother needed to know that he was alive. Suddenly, Sigeric and Ha'zi's conversation was interrupted by Iver. "Family business? Which of our families do you mean?" he asked, aware that this could be a delicate subject.

"Well, both Sig. You see, as i was in Dale i was informed that my mother, which is a total slut, decided that your father is very atracttive and that im the result of that" He said letting it sink in.

Sigeric stared with confusion at Iver. What was he saying? After a short pause, he spoke. "Iver, I understand that the events of the past few weeks have been quite stressful for you. You are not thinking clearly." Sigeric remembered the Trickster's 'game', in which the truth of Iver's mental state was revealed. "You are still mourning your father's death, and the past days of travel have made you exhausted. You need to rest." Sigeric's voice seemed to hold genuine concern.

"I see. Well, I need to better know the so called shifters, for it will provide a multitude of advantages and better our odds of success." he stated. "Let's start with what is your battle strategy, what is the extent of your powers, and what weapon of choice do you use?" he then added.

"Oh, you think its just part of me being a nut job? Well at least this nut job didnt trigger the armoured giant who killed everyone in the king's palace. Beside, it was confirmed by the trickster" Iver replied

Dimitri listened in silent wonder as the Elves joined him as they gave praise to Tulkas. He knew the Mantras were old, but he didn't expect it to be as old as the Elves. Once he was finished, he moved on the Lord's Prayer, dedicated to Eru Illuvatar.

"Oh, alright." Ha'zi moves out of the way from Sigeric, giving him and Iver room to talk. He sighed. It would have been nice to talk to Sigeric more, he barely knew the guy, but he still wanted to make his way back to Miriel. He started heading in her direction after a while, passing Daugo and the strange elf that seemed to have been interrogating the hobbit. Daugo let out a quiet scoff. He hadn't realized the elf was a military nut. He laughed. "Well, I leave the strategizing to people that actually can. I was a salesman back at home, my experience with fighting is minimal. My weapon of choice is my mouth and my brain, but, if I find them lacking, then I guess... I guess I prefer knives, or..." he thought back to his week of training, "or a spear."

((this is after my conversation with Zaro, right when Ha'zi is passing by))
"Excuse me, Zaro," he said, "we'll talk more later." He looked at Ha'zi passing by. "Oi, Ha'zi! C'mere."

Ha'zi was mildly surprised by the hobbit suddenly calling over to him. Might as well see what he wants, he thinks as he walks over to Daugo. "Hey, Daugo, what is it?" He smiles to the hobbit. Daugo smiled back as he got closer. "I see you're getting pretty tight with that Merryl girl," he said. "There's something there, no?"

"Oh, Miriel, yeah. We're pretty close friends." Ha'zi replied, his face red. There was obviously more than what he was letting on to based on how clear his expression was at the mention of the girl's name was to Ha'zi. "I was just about to head over to her now, she seems a bit busy with Dimitri, though..." 13527980

"Ha'zi, please, at this point I'm like your uncle. You like her, she likes you; don't try and give me roundabout answers."

He blushed, embarassed that it was really that obvious. Ha'zi tried to think of something to say, that they really were just good friends or something else, or, hey, that elf guy is coming back, but he might as well own up to it. Too late to back out now. "Y-yeah, I like her. And sh-she said she felt the same way... she ac-actually told me first, heh." He says, nervously. "Hey! Attaboy. You did well for yourself. If I was ten years younger and a man..." he said, before sniggering, "Just kidding, don't worry. So. You like each other. That's great... What will you do about it now?"

Ha'zi laughed a second at Daugo's joke, calming the Haradrim boy down. "Well, i don't know. Try to get to know her more now while we're on the road, lots of time for that. Pretty much it, actually." He replies.
