Iver, for once in nearly a year, did not dream of those orange eyes. Instead, he found himself wandering back to Ilmare, to Thule, to that one Rohirric girl who could really ride...a horse, to many of his past loves and finally his mind circled back to a single individual.
Aranel.

"What do you wish to consume, my child?" Manwe asked Dimitri as he stared down at the Forochelrim.

Sigeric and Ha'zi were escorted out without further discourse. They alongside Vardamir were redirected to the fifth level barracks, however, unseen renovations led them to be moved down to the third level which had space whilst the fourth was occupied by the majority of rangers. Vardamir bid them farewell without further conversation and saw them off. The captain seemed unshaken by the events of the day but that was expected. He was after all, one of the least talkative people they knew. A man of few words. Yet his actions spoke enough. And with a frown he departed, leaving them to their devices as the night settled.
What would the next hold for them? Perhaps some rest.

"Sure, just down the hall." Galador indicated with a swing of his head. "You'll find the kitchen. Sorry, I'm just a bit drowsy." The ground shook slightly though, Daugo was too out of it to really be certain whether it was the ground shaking or his head spinning.
The door directly in front of him exploded open as an armoured tank rushed out into the hallway clutching, in what caused Daugo some unexpected post-traumatic stress, was a Maiar-blade.
Rambo saw a few people in the hallway. The hobbit, the Behemoth Shifter was nearby, he had nearly smacked him with the door and further down the hall was Galador dozing off on a chair.
Ha'zi and Sigeric both awoke instantly as rumbling shook their beds. Their minds connected in a way that had not yet to occur and each could sense the other, physically and mentally through some sort of astral plane. They were both sore and quite weak, however, had replenished enough strength to sense something was off.

"Haha," Mateus sarcastically laughed, "How long did you spend coming up with that one? Three days? Maybe next time it'll take you two." He walked it off and made his way out of the courtyard, back to the barracks.
Meanwhile, Shin heard the clash of steel on steel as Keratos and Furdin dueled. Both men were equally matched but Furdin was definitely the larger. However, Keratos was the wiser and more seasoned as well as swifter. Keratos was dodging Furdin's lunges, yet, a sudden shaking of the earth, caused the larger man to trip and he fell before Keratos. Their captain placed his blade to his opponent and spoke, "Yield."
The rumbling increased and Shin's crossbow tilted, threatening to fall.

Glorfindel kicked the hatch open and leaped through the hole. There was some screaming followed by two thuds.
Even waited at the bottom of the hole. He listened to the noise from above and after a minute of silence, he began to ascend with Endo using Tamara's aid.
Finally, they escaped those dreaded dungeons. They were in the empty house and two guards were left in a pile on the floor, one bleeding and the other fine, both alive. The elf was missing and the door left slightly open. Even truned to the two females.
"Firstly, we're not transforming out there. That's the easiest way to bring attention to ourselves. Secondly, we need to get out of here before they swarm the place looking for us. Thirdly, we have no way of making it out of the city if the guards spot us. So, we need to plan this out." He turned to Tamara, "Do you know a way out of this shithole?"

"What are you doing?" The citadel guard backed up as Cardiloc reached out to him.

It had been a week since he left Arandil at that village of protogiants. He missed the Gondorian already, though, he dared not admit that to him. He was also quite pissed that Iver had up and vanished, ditching them. But, then again, it was Iver. Still he needed to figure out what happened to his best friend. But more importantly, he needed to alert Erebor and his King of the quest delivered to him by the brother of Mahal.
The river Celduin swept by slowly as he fought it with his powers on the makeshift dingy he scraped together using wood, hardened clay and some shitty carpentry skills he remembered from his youth in the Iron Hills.
