VENTURES INTO THE REMOTE (RP)

What the fuck?! Mirecyla would roar, she knew if she had tried to talk it'd come out either hard to understand or not come out at all. Her teeth had indeed sharpened and her arms had shifted just as similar to her legs. Spikes, claws, and scales now formed. The bitch could teleport? That wasn't ok, she could feel herself getting weakened with all of this new magic being used. Strange, yet powerful, she'd need to pursue a greater career into this. Mirecyla with her new strength in this form would go to throw Cardiloc off of her, swiftly turning around and launching herself at him, talons flying forward to rip his throat out and swipe at his chest.

Mirecyla launched herself at Cardiloc just as he transformed.

The explosion shook the entire tunnel system, causing dust to fall and a blast of light from one of the cells alerted Evenis to the fact that someone had transformed. "Mirecyla, you idiot." He muttered. "You'll bring the whole place down on us." He ran after the guard who was attacking the girl.

Cardiloc's eyes opened inside the nape of the boar but he couldn't see. He could, however, feel. And everything felt wrong. The boar filled the entire room, its body squashed like a trashed toy. He could feel something inside his stomach churning and there was a strange squishiness to the floor beneath him or was it above him? He couldn't tell.

Mirecyla's scales and appendages did not survive the transformation blast. She on the other hand did. Though, wherever she was, was another question...

Blood and other viscous liquids surrounded her and her body was squashed inside what could only be the Hybrid Shifter. She heard the ground shake suddenly. The idiot was mad. Not even she had the gall to transform underground and he just went ahead and did it.

"I-I" she steped back in fear of the guard as he swung around his sword. "D-don't come any closer, I will use this dagger" she' mumble, losing her self confidence, worried that this time she couldn't flee. "H-help" she'd say loud to Evenis. Also swinging around with her dagger, but mostly without any confidence, not even trying to hit the guard, but more to just back off.

“What was the messenger for? And surely there must have been something more to lure them out than just an inconvenien- Oh.” His mouth went dry as he formulated a response to such a question. “The thing is, as you know, we lost many in the damned Mordor expedition. Most of the Gondorians, clearly, along with the elves from Rivendell that joined him. It's likely that the elf blames anything that he can in relation to that disaster for the loss of many of his close comrades, such as Elladan, Elrohir, and the more well known…” He faltered. “The more well known Celeborn.

One moment Mirecyla was about to get ready to kill the Hybrid cunt when suddenly she felt all of her appendages disappear and suddenly darkness. Where the fu- THE MAN WAS ABSOLUTELY MAD Mirecyla would suddenly roar. Panic, fear, and anger raked through her body as she recognized what the man did and where she was. Was he stupid? The number one rule of transforming was never underground or in tight spaces. Channeling her fear and then attempting to channel the fear of Endo and anyone else she'd go to give herself claws, beginning to thrash around violently to cut herself out, she'd do that even if claws didn't grow.

"For fucks sake." Cardiloc muttered, why was he always being such a massive idiot. He tried to escape from the nape, feeling extremely queasy. If unsucessful he'd try to teleport to the citadel courtyard. .

Sigeric's expression seemed to harden for a split second at the mention of Mordor, and those they had lost, his eyes somber. "It wasn't just Mordor." he said, shaking his head. "The comrades whom we lost there barely scratch the surface of those whom Glorfindel has outlived." Sigeric found himself repeating some of the names that he had heard in the Elf's mind. "Ecthelion. Aredhel. Turgon. Gil-Galad. And Celeborn, and Elladan, and Elrohir, and countless others. Glorfindel has witnessed triumphs and tragedies, victories and defeats, lives and deaths that the memory of our race could never hope to recall. And it has taken a toll on him that we perhaps cannot hope to fully understand." He paused. "General, I wish to speak with him as soon as possible, as well as the other prisoners. I believe- no, I know that I can gain insight into every player involved in this game." He continued to observe Belgazar's mannerisms and body language as he awaited a response.

"I 'nestly dunno where we are, my children, b-but yes, y'were taken because som'n wanted to hurt me rrreal bad, and they did. I dunno where we are..." he looked around to see if Nuri was around; he was just sober enough to realize how drunk he was, and to be aware that it was a nuisance at the moment. If the woman in grey could teleport him to wherever he was, he supposed she could take away his intoxication.

"So, after leaving it to dry for an hour. We take our braised french onion chicken with gruyere out of the oven and here we have our perfect meal." He picked up utensils, cut into the tender meat and bit down on it in a rather slow, excruciating fashion in front of Iver.

Crunch.

"Mmm, delish," The Trickster smiled.

CRUNCH.

Iver's spine retracted into position with a sickening crack. He couldn't help but scream which woke up the large lug on top of him.

"Aaagh?!!" Telimekhtar gasped.

He saw no sign of Nuri. His head felt fuzzy as the countless drinks began to weigh down on him.

"Dad, are you okay?" Gully asked.
Bolham sniffed the air as Daugo stood at their cell. "Is that...mead? Are you...drunk?"

"So," Belzagar muttered, "He is unstable." He turned to Sigeric and mused, "You shall have all the time you need. From here on out, you'll be posted at the capital. And for training, you'll be taken to the special mountain camp to the north. Until we are sure the threat is taken care of we shall need our strongest giants in Minas Tirith. And in preparation for the festival."

Cardiloc was too tightly pressed in but his nape opened up, however, he could leave it since he was literally pressed out against the wall. The Dunlending seemed to have an affinity for making the worst decisions, especially after Ha'zi died. And upon imagining the Citadel, he was taken there. He fell to his knees before the great rock of Minas Tirith and saw the city spread out beneath him. It was day time and the sun was rising into the afternoon sky. How long had it been?

A tremor shook the tunnel as the Hybrid's body began to steam and burn off causing Mirecyla to wretch as she was flooded with blood and heat. Her skin was singed and her eyes burnt but she eventually managed to claw her way out of the body. She landed in a pool of blood outside the cell and saw Endo paralyzed from her fear in the corner, his right hand twisted backward unnaturally. Inside the cell, a hairy boar decomposed and beneath it, she noticed one arm, crushed. The two guards in there must have been crushed to death by that fucking suicidal imbecile. Pity. She had wanted to kill them herself. She felt the tunnels groan under the stress of the recent transformation and realized what was about to happen. Endo was left nearby, and ahead of her was the Slayer, Harris the guard, Evenis and someone else.

Down the hallway, the man rushed at Tamara with his sword and was about to strike her when Evenis barreled into him, knocking him to the ground.

Harris fell and looked back to see the prisoner. He dropped the sword and ran as the tunnel began to quake and churn. Dust fell from cracks in the rock above and Evenis looked at Tamara. "Which way out?!"

A nonchalant Glorfindel walked past the two of them and followed after the panicking guard.

Where was he? Where was the Dunling bastard? She'd kill him, him and Iver would be the first to go. Mirecyla would think turning violently around the room as if in a strange intense Orgasm. While doing this she would be gasping for breath and blinking out various liquids from her eyes. Depending upon if she saw no one else except Endo, who she muttered her disapproval for trying to stop the Slayer, she'd sigh and stand up. Rushing over to Endo she'd take his fear and use it to give her the strength to start to drag him out of the tunnel, however she didn't fuel it anymore. "Endo you gotta fight the pain and work with me, stand up and start running!" Mirecyla would tell him.

"Could you tell more about this 'festival'? And why are we needed for it? We've heard miniscule about this event; only spoken word we've caught fragments of here and there."

"Back to the elk , we can go and eat a bit and Ill find him most likely around there. It's been a while since I last ate prime meat, but never an elk."

He swayed a little on his feet. "Well, yeees..." He looked at the floor. "I really wan't 'specting to... find mmyself right 'ere, right --burp-- now... I'm s-sorry, you shouldn't see me this way...I'll jst go slep it off in a corner somewherer. I'm sorrry." And he really was very sorry, and angry with himself for giving such a terrible first impression after so many months. Nothing else could be done for it, though, so he blew his boys a kiss and scanned the room for someplace out of the way to lie down and sleep.

"T-thank you" she'd mumble, looking at Evenis, then turning around, wasn't this the elf she had seen before? What was going on here? She would make haste and follow the elf and the guard, putting her dagger away. Not like she would use it anyway. Why was this whole labyrinth about to collapse and would these two realy know how to get out of here? Atleast they would be her best chance, so she would stay close behind the elf who seemed to friendly to her to be a murderer. Yet what else could he've done to get into prison?

Dina walked him back toward the campfire. He saw Thoruk sitting with Equas on one of the large logs.

"Huh?" Telimekhtar grunted and tried to stand but Iver dragged him down as the ropes coiled them together.

"And now we'll pause for the commercials!" The Trickster finished with a dashing smile, tossing the plate of chicken into a nearby garbage can without so much as a second bite.

Daugo's eyes opened. The ceiling was dangerously closer. No, not the same ceiling. He was elsewhere. His head burnt like dragon's breath and he was sweating heavily. A blanket had been placed over him and if he rose he would notice he was in a similar room to his old barracks station on Cair Andros. A wooden door lay shut but two meters from him and his sons were nowhere in sight.

"The festival shall be the nexus point of the leaders of the Free Peoples. We expect thousands to be present from wanders to merchants to royals. It is the celebration of the end of the War of the Ring and the defeat of Sauron and has been tended over by the King. His grace wishes to use it as a platform by which to reach the masses and more importantly, the leaders of each state in Middle-Earth to inform them of the return of the first dark lord and the impending doom we face. His grace wishes to muster the forces of all free peoples into one united free army that shall stand against the tide of our scourge." Belzagar said, plainly as if he had prepared for such a question. "You both shall be featured in the festival. Not merely for defensive purposes but as evidence. Do any of you have qualms about this?"

"Mmmummmaaa-" Endo blurted as Mirecyla dragged him through the tunnel. She heard the rumblings slowly subside...

"Come on, Mirecy!" Evenis yelled at her as he followed the girl who followed Glorfindel who followed the screaming jailer. It was a procession of queerness that one could not expect in such a situation. Nearly all players in this game had a single goal, survival and they sought it together, above revenge. Evenis looked back and saw her strugling then called to Tamara.

"Hey, you, keep your eye on them, please. I need to help my friends!" He turned around and dashed back down the tunnel towards Mirecy and Endo.

Tamara had a choice. She could ditch them, follow the elf and help the prisoners find the route out, or she could use her superior swiftness to aid them...

Which path would she take?

15756962 13615485

"Oh but-" Tamara knew she would lose track of the elf if she had to wait for them. So there was no other option than help. Help them like he saved her. "Wait!"she'd shout, running towards the others, she would run as fast as possible, if she would pass Evenis, she would tap him on the shoulder and tell him "Watch where that elf is going if we lose them we'll never get out of here alive!"

"Endo. Fucking. MOVE!" Mirecyla would yell at the man, dragging him behind her with great heaves. She heard and saw Even yelling at her to hurry up, then come running to help her. When he was close enough she'd yell "Where the hell is Taras! He was here yesterday!" She'd say. However she continued to drag Endo along, she didn't even need to use her power to cause fear, she smelled it all around her. The fear of dying from the guard, the fear of being lost by the girl, the fear of being trapped by Even, the fear caused when you get hurt by Endo, and for her, the fear of not seeing the man she loved again.

Taking a deep breath of the fear energy she'd go to suck it all into her, straining her muscles to fling Endo on top of her shoulders and start to sprint down the pathway. She'd be damned if she let any of those fears come true, except for the guard and maybe the girl. The guard was going to fucking die
