Telimekhtar raised the greatsword and swung it.
"SMAAASH!
Four sets of iron bars were heaved in two, falling apart on the floor in a clatter. Dimitri saw his freedom. And there, right next to it stood Iver.
Perfect...

The dwarves watched Thoruk in awe. Some cheered, others merely stared and one was even drawing what seemed to be an art piece.
-------------------------
"Hurry then." Lady Eldrith told Cardiloc.
---------------------
"He was killed...by..." Berethor blinked as the influence Sigeric held completely dissipated.
All around them people were released and became unhinged, running in every direction away from the violence. Daugo and Galador were unleashed. Even Ramdir came undone.
"Son of a bitch? Who's voice was that? SHIT-" Rambo heard Ostopher say as a crowd of panicked citizens rushed the third gates which were shut and overwhelmed the rangers and the local garrison.
"You," Kurio pointed at Shin, "Secure it-" He pointed at the remains of the serpent which revealed a body. "And you, unhand the child." He placed a cane upon Mateus' shoulder as the girl scampered backward like a frightened animal.
Keratos did not move from his kneeling position but he extended his hand to Tamara. "It's okay. I understand your fear, lady. Please, allow us to rescue you from this dreadful place."
Tamara could see his brown bushy eyebrows through his visor accompanied by two deep-set obsidian-colored eyes. "Please." He repeated, his hand open to her. She had a choice. She could make a run for it. He wasn't blocking her in. Or she could take his hand. But he might put her in the prison like the other guards wanted to. Yet...unlike the other guards, this one seemed different. What would Tamara do?
"Sigeric, you, you were there. We found his body. The skull. It was..." Berethor shook his head, "Sigeric-you're dead, aren't you? This is some sort of nightmare. What...what am I doing here...Mirecy...my Mir...Endo? That guard? Cardiloc? Beren? Oh, Morgoth...no..." Berethor took a step towards Sigeric. He was dangerously close to the Dalishman. And the last time they were this close...a King had died.

Ha'zi awoke on the Ered Nimrais overlooking the city of Minas Tirith. He felt the snow crisply burn his feet and the wind whip at his hair. Ahead of him stood one figure. It was a man he had not seen since the island.
"Ha'zi. I want you to take a good look at our future." Keldar told him. "Look at it. This is what we've done."
The man moved aside, revealing the surroundings below them.
Gondor's capital no longer existed. To call it rubble would be an understatement. It had been absolutely desecrated. The large rock of Minas Tirith seemed to have broken off and plowed through the city before landing on the Pellenor. The city was awash in flames. The townships of the Pellenor had been decimated into nothingness. Flattened by gigantic footsteps. Osgiliath was razed and the river Anduin was aflame. A massive crater lay where the port of Harlond sat on the banks of the river. Thousands of bodies. No. Not thousands. Millions. Hundreds of millions of bodies. So many that they resembled mountains. Some had been crushed into nothingness and others littered the fields and mountain-sides. Many were aflame, some were blown apart into organs and limbs, others were distorted, and so on. It was the goriest Ha'zi had ever seen. He couldn't even contemplate the sheer numbers as this scene spread across the horizon from the White Mountains to the Mountains of Ash.
"This is our fault." Keldar re-iterated.
