"Wow," Miriel snickered, "I did not expect that."
She watched as Raddis, Berethor and many others chased after Arandil. A minute passed before Raddis dragged his unconscious body back.
"Stow him away. We'll transfer his power just before we leave." She told the black man then turned to Garath, "See to it his memories are erased. As much as possible. I do not want him to remember anything."
"What about Joplin's inheritor? Shouldn't I erase his memories before the transfer?"
"No. I want him to feel the pain. That is what happens for slaying one of our own, even if it was Jop."
"Got it."

Arandil awoke tied to a wooden table in a shack of some sorts. Axes, hammers, knives, swords and other tools lay about, some rusted, yet all coated with varying degrees of hardened red blood. He heard low raspy breathing to his right. He could see out of the corner of his eye a chained man with swords piercing through both arms and keeping him pinned to the wooden planked flooring. He was muttering something but Arandil's head hurt too much to register any coherent talk from the babble.
------------------------------------
"Dig, nigga and don't talk to me until we find Aule. Or I swear to myself that I'll kill you." The Trickster muttered.
WHOOSH.
Out of the corner of Iver's eye, the Dwarf Giant appeared and began to burrow through the ground using its claws to rip up the earth and its great jaws to gulp through stone. It began to create a tunnel whilst Telimekhtar stood there watching with trepidation.
---------------------------------
Cardiloc saw his opening yet three guards were catching up to the man.

"According to the reports by the only surviving witness," Belzagar looked to Vardamir.
"He aided them in the escape then fought with the fear girl who was involved in the rescue of the Serpent." The Captain stated matter-of-factly.
"As far as I'm concerned, he is not to be trusted." Ostopher intoned. "Shall we disperse teams to the location of the Eldrith Estate?" He asked Belzagar.
"Not yet." The General spoke up. "We shall find this Cardiloc but before we do that a few more issues must be resolved. The elf used some sort of 'glowing stone' to 'blow a hole' in the walls. What exactly does Glorfindel have, Karoltai? And how did he manage to obtain it?"
