Ugh.. I see why California taxes are a pain in the ass. I was ordering pizza at dominos and I want to see what happens if I add something extra like lava cake.
I have 26 bucks.
So I got a free medium pizza since I had a coupon and a $9.99 medium pizza. Plus, the extra delivery charge ($3.99). So tax would be estimated to $1.33.
So, I'm paying $15.31. Plus, I normally would give the delivery guy $3 because I'm not a complete asshole and delivery guys are fucking badass. It takes a lot of dedication to spend 10 minutes just to deliver fucking pizza. Anyways, I would pay 18.31. So, I would have 7.26 bucks left.
Now, Lets say I did the alternative option. if I add the lava cake in, that's $6.99. Tax would now be $1.99. So, I'm paying 66 cents more. So the tax is now almost two dollars. So, add em all up. I would end up paying $22.96. Plus, $3 tip to da homie so, 25.96. So, I'm left with 4 cents in my wallet lmao
